**Characters:**
**Amrita Nair** - An intelligent, kind-hearted, but often angry underground cop from the CID. Currently, she is working on a case involving India's most notorious thief, Siddhant.
She lives with her only brother, as their parents died in an accident.
**Siddhant Nandan** - The most notorious and intelligent thief in the country. After losing his parents in an accident and facing financial struggles, he turned to theft. From there, he became one of the wealthiest people.
He finds amusement in giving puzzles or hints to the police. His fun increases when a girl starts solving his puzzles. He becomes very curious to find out who she is.
Siddhant joins the CID as "Adarsh" to learn more about her. He falls in love with her at first sight—her beautiful eyes, cute nose, and juicy lips captivate him. But more than that, they both lost their parents at a young age.
**Their First Meeting:**
"Hi, I’m Adarsh, new here."
Siddhant extends his hand for a handshake 🤝 to Amrita. He has already fallen in love with her at first sight.
"Let's talk about the case,"
She responds without even looking at his face. Her rude behavior satisfies him. He smirks, withdrawing his hand.
"When was the last robbery?"
He asks her in a serious tone.
"It happened last month on the 27th. The main leader is a genius. He stole the most valuable diamond 💎 in 10 minutes. He’s good at hacking too. The hint he gave us was this:
He placed a 500-rupee note where the diamond was. I’m sure his next target is the Mumbai bank on the same date next month.🏦"
Siddhant is impressed with her intelligence. No one else has even tried to solve the puzzles, yet she cracked it. My genius girl😍, he thinks.
"Good, let me help you,"
He offers, internally laughing at the irony of helping her catch himself. As they work together, he learns more about her. The thing that strikes him the most is that her parents also died in an accident when she was a little girl.
He understands her pain, having been orphaned as well. She became a cop through sheer hard work.
They become good friends. She starts opening up after they have a fight.
"Why are you always so serious, Amrita?"
He pushes her against the wall, not roughly but softly, gripping her shoulders to show his frustration. Her curt replies give him a headache.
"It’s none of your business, Adarsh! Leave me!"
He tightens his grip.
"It really is a fucking problem for me. I want to have a normal conversation with you. Try to smile, Amrita. Life isn’t always like this. We have to enjoy every moment ❣️"
"What’s there to enjoy, Adarsh? The people I loved the most—my parents—are gone. They left me alone with my brother. I don’t want to love anyone again."
Finally, she expresses herself. She emerges from her shell. He cups her face.
"Amrita, do you know what your name means? Sweetness. Your presence brings happiness to everyone. I understand your pain.
But you know what? Your parents are watching you from above, hoping that their child is leading a happy life. But here you are, destroying your own happiness. Life gives everyone a chance to change, but we often fail to see it. I’m sure their blessings are always with you. Don’t you want your parents to be at peace, even after they’ve passed?"
Tears flow from her eyes, clenching his heart. He hugs her tightly, consoling her as she cries in his embrace. They sit on the floor together. He understands her. She needs someone who can:
- Understand her
- Love her
- Cherish her
- Worship her
*I’m going to be everything to her,* he thinks. *I’ll give her everything. If she asks for the moon, I’ll give her the galaxy.* He kisses her forehead.
This is how their relationship starts, without a proposal. As days go by, they become very comfortable with each other.
He meets her brother, Yuvaan, and they become like family. He decides to reveal his true identity to her before she finds out on her own.
She begins to trust him, showing him a love he’s never experienced.
"Adarsh, I want to tell you something,"
They are at the beach—her favorite spot. Sitting in the car, watching the waves, he knows what she’s going to say. But before she can, he needs to confess the truth.
"Before that, I want to tell you something, my Sweetheart 😘"
She looks at him with her innocent eyes 👀 and nods. "Sweety" is the nickname he gave her. But just then, her phone buzzes...
"Hello! Sir?"
"Amrita, where are you?"
"I’m with Adarsh, sir."
"Amrita, listen carefully. He is not a real policeman. He’s the one we’ve been searching for. He’s Siddhant Nandan, India’s most notorious thief."
"What...? Sir..."
Her phone slips from her hand, and she begins to shake. Her eyes fill with tears 🥺.
Soon, the police 🚨 surround them. He realizes they’ve found him out. They step out of the car. A gun is pointed at him—the owner is none other than Amrita.
Her tears, her bravery, everything amazes him. He winks 😉 at her and takes the gun, pointing it at her head.The fun begins now he thinks in his mind .
"Leave her!"
"No... Move back, or I’ll shoot her."
The officers hesitate. He fires the gun into the air—that's all it takes for them to back off, giving him a way out. His people arrive with a boat at the end.
She struggles in his grip. He sprays chloroform on her face. Soon, she loses consciousness, and he takes her to his private beach
