(y/n) pov:
I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Tessa, a living human on this planet. But... J is back from the dead, even after destroying what came out of her.
N: T-Tessa...?
She hugs him.
Tessa: N! You remember–
She begins coughing.
Tessa: Tall, handsome... Air's toxic... Who is this little–
Uzi bites her finger.
Tessa: Ah!
Uzi: Uzi! Why are you here, human?!
We look at J:
Uzi: Real tired of killing this one.
J strokes her hair back.
J: Effective drones were cloned more.
(y/n) in mind: Makes sense. But I wonder if she even remembers me. If she doesn't, then I guess I'm safe.
N: It is you.
V: Classic J.
Tessa: Cyn disappeared on Earth–
J: Boss ran away.
Tessa: We mutually disengaged. Her last known act was siccing you lot on the human exoplanets.
N: Why?
J: That's what we're trying to figure out, bozo.
Now, that's definitely her usual self. Suddenly, Doll activates her AbsoluteSolver to snatch the bug on top of Tessa's head into her hands and takes off.
Tessa: That's... kind of a big piece.
(y/n): Yes, it is.
Then Tessa and J went to chase Doll. The others and I started to catch up. We decided to fly since we all could. Then, we found a large shaft. We landed soon after.
Tessa: J, relay hand, Cyn's orders.
J brings up a screen. I got to learn more about that later.
J: Step one: Clear drop zone of life and construct spire. Step two–
Tessa: Enter labs with this symbol.
She tears down some large paper to reveal a poster behind it. Taped near the bottom: CABIN FEVER. The symbol is the same as Uzi's bracelet. This place might be at least close to where my aunt could have been experimented at.
Tessa: Not too much to go off, but if Cyn wants these labs, we burn them down. That keybug's our way in.
She walks towards the edge of the scaffolding.
Tessa: J, mind my ship.
Tessa tosses J the keys. J glances at N and V with uncertainty.
J: ...Of course, boss. But first...
She comes right up to me and holds me by the collar. She gives a sinister smile.
J: Later, I will be looking for you. I'm sure you and I will have a lovely... chat. There are multiple things we got to catch up on. Be a good boy for me, okay?
I was scared, but now I know she remembers me. I decided just to give a nod.
J: Good, little noobie.
She pats my head and flies off. The others stared at me for a bit. Tessa continues to walk, but Uzi stands before her, blocking her path. I managed to hear them talk.
