Quirk: Memory
Description: The user can make someone remember or forget anything they want, depending on how long ago it was. They can do the same to themselves as well.
Strength: User can make their opponents have scary or happy flashbacks.
Super Move: Manipulation- The user can put something in someone's mind and make it seem like it actually happened.
Weakness: Any head injuries make the user's quirk weaker and they could start to forget things. Minor injuries don't affect the quirk much, but a severe one can disable the user's quirk until it's mostly healed.
Disadvantages: Using the quirk makes the user lightheaded and get headaches. User will get nosebleeds if they try to remember something too far back, but they can sometimes remember it. (Ex. User is 30 and tries to remember something from when they were 3)
Hero Name: (The) Memorizer. Recall. Recollection.
Villain Name: Mind Games.
Costume: Idk.
