Quirk: Hallucinations
Description: The user can make their opponents see things and hallucinate if the person looks in the user's eyes for 5 seconds. The user can make the place around someone look a certain way if they can picture it.
Strength: The user can stall their opponents by distracting them with illusions.
Super Move: Slumber- The user can go into a person's dream and control it, making them see things. If the user is in the dream for too long, they'll get trapped and can't get out until the person wakes up.
Weakness: A lot of light can make the user's eyes turn white, and they can't use their quirk until their eye color goes back to normal.
Disadvantages: Using their quirk makes the user tired. The user must be creative to come up with scenarios, or the quirk is basically useless. The user must be within 20 feet with the person they're using their quirk on.
Hero Name: Daydream. Mesmerize.
Villain Name: Delirium. Hypnosis.
Costume: The user has special sunglasses that block some light out of their eyes, and their opponents can still see their eyes. Both Genders- An all black body suit with colorful swirls and spirals.
