ACT I — THE PERFECT START 06 — date night
AFTER A LONG DAY WITH THE rest of the pogues, Athena finally arrived home. JJ was mad as hell at her, ignoring her while they were nearly shot down by some strangers and found something of JB's missing dad.
It was rather frightening and if she wouldn't have a date tonight, she would lay on her bed and probably stare at her ceiling. But not even such drastic events could wipe the smile of her lips.
A sigh escaped her lips as she stared into the mirror. Rafe did say she should wear something casual—nothing too fancy. And she was rather causal with a blue washed out mini skort and a yellow crop top, complementing her tanned skin. Her hair was flowing openly and some golden hoops were dangling on her ears.
Her phone rang and she picked it up with a frown, not recognising the number. She picked up and asked quietly,"Hello?"
"Ena.", the person on the other side exclaimed and Athena sighed in relief. "So—I don't know how to do this.", his chuckle was heard,"Should I come in and greet your parents and shit or will you come out?"
The blonde girl giggled at him and smiled—even though he couldn't see her,"Parents aren't home, the door is open."
"Okay, baby.", he sighed in relief," I am there in a sec."
She hummed,"See you.", and hang up. Humming she went through her hair once and grabbed her white purse, before walking down the stairs. There was knock and she rolled her eyes playfully, before opening it. "I did tell you the door is open."
Rafe chuckled, his hands in his pockets as he looked down, his hair falling in front of his face. He wore a white fitted t shirt and some dark blue jeans. He looked up, his blue eyes twinkling in the last sun strays. "You look stunning."
She smiled softly at him and sighed softly,"So do you."
A small smirk tugged at his lips as he asked,"Yeah?"
Athena hummed,"Do you want anything to drink?"
Rafe seemed to think, before he slowly shook his head,"We should get going."
The blonde girl smiled at him, before locking the door after her and following the boy to his car. He opened her door and she smiled softly at him as he walked towards the driver seat.
Rafe got in and started the engine as he looked at Athena,"How was your day?" Athena frowned a bit, before schooling her expression, but he already caught it. "What happened?"
