A car arrived in front of the Rajput mansion. Driti and Ishara, along with Mia, were exiled from the car.  They could not stay calm knowing their best friend is getting married so quickly. They understand she is equally surprised by the news and requires their support right now. They have only been here once, while in school.  Knowing what was going on between Mahira and her father, she stopped visiting here, and they did not get the chance to come here more than once.  When they entered the mansion, they were greeted with Naina bhabhi's warm smile. During college, the three used to stay at Naina's apartment. So they are close with her.

“ Ishara..... Driti......”. Naina hugged both of them.

“ Mahira told me you two were coming. How are you dear?"

“ We are all good bhabhi.... And how are you. Pregnancy really suits you."  Naina smiled at Ishara's comment. Her focus turned to Mia .

“ Hellooo......Mia baby.....  She is looking so cute. I missed playing with her. It is been a while since I have seen her....... Mia baby, come to Aunty." She took the baby from Ishara.

While they all were talking happily Aarav came to there.  Ishara and Driti hugged him, delighted to see him after such a long time.  Aarav treated them in the same way he does Mahira. He is known them since school, and they are not any less than his real sister.

The housekeeper led them to the garden, where Mahira was taking a walk.

“Mahira"

she turned around hearing her name. Her face lit up with a warm smile as she saw her best friends. She dashed towards them, embracing them tightly. She  is really happy that her friends are here. She needs their support now.

“ When did you both came?... Where is Mia.” She asked with a slight smile.

“ We just came and she is with bhabhi”. Ishara replied.

“ We need to talk Mahi”. The gravity of the situation was reflected in Driti's voice.

Mahira nodded and took them to her room. She locked the room and turned towards her friends. They both looked at her to explain the situation.  Mahira took a deep breath and said.

“My marriage is fixed with...... Shaurya....”. They both looked at each other, puzzled, and their eyes widened in recognition.

“ Don’t tell me it’s the same Shaurya from the school”. Ishara asked and  Mahira nodded her head confirming it.

"But how can it be? He has made it clear how he sees us at school.” Driti said.

Shaurya Singh Rajvanshi was our school senior. The most popular and handsome boy at the school. He was our crush, just like other girls. Technically our first crush. We used to follow him secretly everywhere at school to get to the glimpse of his handsome face. But we didn’t know that he was Aarav bhayya's friend. He gave us a warning not to follow him after realizing that we were doing so. He said to treat him the same way we do Aarav bhaiyya and made us to call him brother. He even asked us to tie him a rakhi on every  Rakshabhandan.  We were just naive thirteen year old girls back then with all these changing hormone problems. Initially, his behavior hurt us greatly, but as we grew older, we realized that it was only an infactuation, and the way he treated us made us realize that he was exactly like our brother.

“ I don’t know Mahira, what are you going to do now. How can you marry someone with whom you have tied a Rakhi?” Driti asked with concern.

“ you need to talk this with your father”. Ishara suggested.

“ I cant...” she told them hesitantly. How can she talk about this with her father when she has already agreed to the marriage without knowing the groom?. She will never say a no to her father and upset him.
