Angie's POV:
Way too much time needed for me to get everything done at home before I could go with German... 2 years to be exactly.
Unfortunately while German was with me here at home the valide died from a stroke and Hurrem sultan took her place.
After that happened I skipped most of the work and soon I could get to give the business to a close friend of mine and soon we were ready to leave.
- Are you sure you're ready to leave? - asked German while everything was already done and a car ready to leave.
- Yes... - I sighed deeply - Let's go...
- Angie...
I walked up to him and gave him a soft kiss.
- I'm not gonna turn you down after this... I love you and I'll go with you now!
- Okay... - he smiled - I love you too...

Within a short time we arrived to the main palace to be greeted by the sultan himself, Mahidevran, Hurrem, Hatice and some others I didn't know yet.
There was two other woman that came out they were the sultan's other sisters, Sah and Beyhan sultan.
They both seemed lovely, but Mahidevran didn't seem so happy to see me at all.
For now I decided to ignore that even though I was near German the whole day and she was ignoring me totally.
Anyway...
As soon as I was free I decided to visit Hurren sultan for a little talk and to ask her for some advices that she might has for me as I'm new here.

- All I can say first is to be careful with Mahidevran - she said immediately - She didn't seem to like you and if she sees you with me I'm sure sooner, or later she'll work on to get you out of the way.
Okay, I've also heard that there's a fight that's still going on between Hurrem and Mahidevran and this is coming from that.
I'm not going to be stupid to get fooled by anything... Well, hopefully.
Honestly all I want is peace...
But soon I didn't have time to worry about pleasing everyone as I fell pregnant.
- Pregnant?! - gasped German as I told him the great news - This is amazing!
- I feel so happy! - I giggled as we hugged and suddenly he picked me up - Ah!
- My queen! I'll do anything to protect you! I hope you're aware of that! - he smiled then kissed me passionately - I love you... So much!
- I love you too! - I smiled lovingly while kissing him back softly.

9 months later I gave birth to our first son which everyone was truly happy about.
Well... Almost everyone.
As they visited us a few days after our son being born and everyone greeted the new family member I could see the disgust on Hurrem's face.
- What bame did you give him, son? - Mahidevran asked her son.
- Mehmet - he replied with a smile as he looked over to Hurrem from the corner of his eyes.
He did this because his oldest brother was called Mehmet, but he died in sickness not so long ago and he already told me before that he wanted to call our son after him.
