Thalia's POV:
There was blood. Everywhere. The high gates were open and the walls were crumbling. Rebel soldiers filled the city and the cries and screams of the citizens could be heard all over. The skies darkened as Terra ascended the throne. How could she? In the absence of father is this what she had become? Sweat slid down my face as blood oozed out from a cut on my side. I was so much pain. But I wouldn't give up to let my sister throw our Kingdom into chaos. I had to fight. I drew my sword and slowly rose up. At a steady pace, dragging my sword, I headed for my sister.
"Do you still wish to fight me sister?" Terra asked with a hint of annoyance and astonishment.
"Till my last breath" I retorted. By the look on her face, I knew what was coming next
"Have it your way then" Terra said as she walked over to where the interdimensional portal was. I quickened my pace and met her there. I thrust my sword at her but she blocked me so easily and kicked me in the guts
"Open the portal" Terra commanded and a guard opened it. Terra kicked me one and I fell to my knees, blood dripping from my mouth. I coughed and spat it out. Terra took me by the hair and pulled me up.
"I give you one more chance sister. Submit!" She screamed into my ear.
"Never!" I groaned. "I will never bow down to you" I mumbled.
"Have it your way then" She said with an emotionless expression and pushed me through the portal. Everything went blank.
My eyes opened for a second and I immediately closed then again. I was under water. I was drowning. There was no air and I was suffocating. I opened my eyes one more time and saw there was blood all over. My blood. I tried screaming for help but when I opened my mouth water entered so I closed it back up. I felt my sword in my hand and tightened my grip. I knew that was something I could never give up. Not even when I was dying. Because the sword came from father. From my kingdom. From Arsgard. I was sinking deeper and deeper and deeper till everything went black once again.
I opened my eyes again but this time everything was a blur. There were faint voices. Everywhere. All of which were unknown to me. I couldn't move but then I felt like I was moving. I was so worn out that keeping my eyes open for a minute became tedious. Before closing them I saw someone flash before my eyes....and then they went shut.
I was back in Arsgard. Terra had ascended the throne and everyone in the throne room was bowing down to her. Father was lying down on the ground, dead and everyone who had opposed her had been hanged. Terra had taken over the reigns of the kingdom and everything had been thrown into utter chaos.
I woke up almost immediately. It had been a dream. Or was it? It was then I realized I was not in my room. I had no idea where I was. I attempted getting up and failed. I lay back down and panted for breath. I felt like I had been drowning. As I closed my eyes, event of the past days flashed in my head. Memories of father's departure, Terra's attack on the throne and the destruction of Arsgard. Surprisingly I had survived it. As long as I was alive I would keep on fighting for my kingdom. Even if it was against my own sister.
