Today was a bright and sunny day, per usual in Troll Village. It had been almost a full year since Bridget and Gristle's wedding, which meant it had also been almost a year since Branch and his famous brothers, Clay, Bruce, and John Dory helped rescue their other brother, Floyd, from the notorious pop-duo: Velvet & Veneer. Things had been smooth sailing ever since that time, and things had only gotten better as well. The brothers continued to bond, which made Branch happier than ever, for part of him thought he'd never see them again. The Putt-Putt Trolls ended up moving back down towards the village in order to be reunited and reconnected with their families and friends, loved ones lost during that terrible time of the Great Bergen Attack. And of course, Branch and Poppy only moved forward in their relationship. Sure, they had their arguments every now and then, but they loved each other and that was all that really mattered. Since the boys had been spending so much time together, too much in fact, they had decided on a very important decision, one Branch hadn't even discussed with Poppy beforehand.

Since the skies were warm and dry and they were in the dead middle of a drought, the brothers all decided that today was a perfect day to kick back, relax, and work in the studio. John Dory had been taking Floyd's meditation class (which was also anger management), in order to calm his anger and bossiness, and it had worked, but at times, he still felt that big-brother tendency to take complete charge, which annoyed Bruce. It didn't matter that they were all grown men now. They still fought like children, especially Bruce and JD.

When Branch walked into the studio, his smile immediately dropped to a frown, at the sight of someone who irritated him more than anyone, even John Dory. Cloud Guy.

"Cloud Guy?! What are you doing here?! I'm waiting for my brothers." he groaned.

"Chill, Mr. Grump. BroZone will arrive shortly. But in the meantime, I can help you with whatever you need." he replied, almost too friendly-sounding.

"What do you possibly know about music?"

"You forget that my uncle, Cloud Boy, put together all these boybands. I know more about this stuff than you think."

Branch sighed deeply and rolled his eyes, then heard the door swing open. 'Please be literally anyone else', he whispered under his breath. When he turned his head to see who it was, to his hope, it was the four of his brothers. He was most excited to see Floyd, but to have all of them here was great.

"Oh, thank Troll! Someone tell the cloud he's gotta go!" he huffed.

"Calm yourself, Bitty B. The cloud can tell us if what I got is good or not," JD remarked.

"What'd you write? You've been too quiet on the way over here, and it's concerning." Bruce asked.

"Just a little ditty. I think Branch will like this one, considering I found it in his bunker."

"What were you doing snooping around my bunker?"

"Looking for songs. Everyone seems so disappointed with my songwriting skills lately, but everyone's praising you for some reason, so I wanted to see what you got. This one is called," JD cleared his throat as he held the crumpled piece of paper up and straightened it, "Take It From Here..?"

Branch's heart dropped and he snatched the paper from JD's grasp. "That's personal!"
Clay smirked. "We already know who it's about, bro."

"Ugh, so what if you do? That's— that's— that's a work in progress!" Branch stammered.

"Why are you embarrassed of it? I mean, you and Poppy have been going out for almost a year, what, next month is y'all's anniversary?" John Dory asked.
