We only see each other at Weddings and Funerals

Maritza's pov

I gasped loudly as I sat up. I looked around and realized I was no longer in my room but I was now in some sort of dark cold room.

I stood up and almost fell as my legs felt like jello beneath me. Slowly I walked towards the door and looked out to see nothing but a couple of chairs, a single light, and an elevator.

I reached down to grab the door handle only to notice it was gone.

"Oh well, I guess I'll have to do this the old-fashioned way," I said as I put my hands where the handle was and used my telekinesis to open the door.

My eyes started glowing purple as the handle turned and the door opened.

Using my telekinesis I levitated myself to the elevator and pushed the button.

As I got to the first floor I heard voices coming from the kitchen. Finally getting used to my legs I slowly walked up the stairs to the kitchen

Back upstairs, 3rd Person POV

Now in the kitchen Five set down a cutting board and started grabbing bread, peanut butter, and Marshmallow.

"What's the date? The exact date?" Five questioned his siblings

"The 24th" Vanya had answered his question

"Of what?" Five said as he walked towards the cutting board

"March," Vanya answered him

"Good" Five said as he grabbed bread and set it down

"So, are we gonna talk about what just happened? " Luther asked the question everyone was thinking

Ignoring him Five continued to make his sandwich

"It's been 17 years," Luther said as he stood up from his seat

"It's been a lot longer than that." Five said before teleporting behind his brother

"I haven't missed that" Luther whispered

"Where'd you go?" Diego asked Five

"The future. It's shit by the way." Five said as he teleported back to his sandwich

"Called it!" Klaus yelled as he sat on the table

"I should've listened to the old man and Maritza. You know jumping through space is one thing, jumping through time is a toss of the dice." Five said as he spread the peanut butter on the bread. "Nice dress." Five said taking notice of Klaus's outfit

"Oh, well, danke," Klaus said smiling at the compliment

"Wait how did you get back?" Vanya questioned still very confused

"In the end, I had to project my consciousness forward into a suspended quantum state version of myself that exists across every possible instance of time." Five explained the confusing process he had just gone through

"That makes no sense," Diego said trying to understand

"Well, it would if you were smarter." Five said offending Diego who stood up about to beat five to a pulp.
