It was already afternoon, the prince and the commoner were sleeping while hugging each other when some guards barged inside the hut making them open their eyes .
The guards looked at both of them " Kill him " The commander said while pointing at Beomgyu which made him feel scared .
Before the guards could touch Beomgyu , Taehyun took out his sword "Don't even touch him " Taehyun glared at them holding his sword at the commander
" Your highness, he is a sinner. He should deserve his punishment " the commander said looking at Beomgyu
" What sin have he done ? " Taehyun asked in a cold tone while still holding his sword
" He seduced you " The commander said " And who are you to decide if it's a sin or not? " Taehyun asked looking at the commander
" These are the orders of the king and the queen and we can't go against it. It's not right " The commander said
" I will talk to them on my own. You are just a commander so don't tell the prince what is right and what is wrong . Be in your limits . You are no one to hurt people ! " Taehyun shouted at him
" I am sorry , your highness. I didn't mean to disrespect you or anger you .I was just following the order of the king and queen " The commander looked down
Taehyun looked at Beomgyu and dragged him out of the hut who looked scared and on the verge of crying " Don't be scared . Nothing is gonna happen " Taehyun said to Beomgyu, Beomgyu looked down " Sit " Taehyun commanded Beomgyu to sit on the horse. Beomgyu looked at Taehyun
" But how can I? It's the ro-" Beomgyu was cut of by the glare that the prince was giving him . Without any other word he sat on the horse and the prince sat behind him
The horse started moving as the prince patted him . The commoner closed his eyes as the horse moved fast . Despite the fear of the situation, the commoner enjoyed the horse ride to the kingdom with the prince behind him .
"Am I gonna die? " The commoner asked with a little fearful tone . " I won't let anything happen to you " The prince said holding the commoner's waist
They reached the palace and Taehyun stopped the horse . He got down the horse and helped Beomgyu to get down too .
Taehyun walked inside the palace along with Beomgyu as everyone bowed to him on the way. He went to the court room where the king and queen were " Who are you guys to kill anyone?? " Taehyun shouted at them
The king and queen looked at Taehyun in rage and disappointement " Do you even know what you did?? "
" Yes I know what I did but why did you send them to kill him and how do you know ?? " Taehyun asked hiding Beomgyu behind his back
" Because he is a sinner . He seduced you" The queen said . " Who said he seduced me ?? I know what I did and I don't regret it . Don't even dare to touch him " Taehyun looked at them
" But it's a sin and he needs to be killed. Do you even know what would happen if the people gets to know about this?? " The queen looked at Taehyun
" He is gonna get killed no matter what " The king took out his sword and Taehyun did the same " You can't kill him " Taehyun said glaring at the king
" Why do you even care about him ? What I am doing is right to keep the imagine of our bloodline " The king said
" Killing someone is not right " Taehyun shouted . " He is gonna tell everyone and everyone will look down on us once this news gets to the other kingdoms " The king said
