When I got inside without knocking, Ruel attention and his assistant went to me immediately, I make a eye contact with his assistant before I put my eyes to Ruel who have a smirk on his face. What a asshole.

"I'm here, where are we going to start?" I asked without breaking an eye contact with him.

"You stay with me for a whole day today, I have a meeting, you'll come with me." He said, umigting ang panga ko dahil alam kong sinasadya niya ito, I know guarding him is also my work but this is ridiculous.

"Noted, sir." I said sarcastically before her assistant break the tension between us because the meeting will start in a minute.

Umalis na kami roon at dumiretso sa meeting room ng kompanya niya. Pagkapasok namin sa loob ay nandoon na ang lahat ng politicians. I make a eye contact with them all, some of them are nervous, while the others can't even make a eye contact with me.

We sit at the edge of the table, Ruel was at the center and i was beside him, i look around the whole room and saw his bodyguards are also around the corner, meron sa loob meron rin sa labas.

I have my earpiece ready too so I can communicate with them if a sudden ambush happen again.

"Let's start the meeting." Ruel said to everyone before the meeting start.

They start discussing about the poverty of the city, while listening I was observing the whole place too. I can see to many CCTV's here which is nice, I observe the people too which is busy listening to other person POV speech.

The last one, I glance at Ruel assistant which is just behind him, she was always checking her watch, glancing on it I can also saw the frustration in her face which means that she was annoyed of something.

I cleared my throat and focus my eyes in front pretending that I'm listening even though I was observing her silently.

"There's so many people are suffering because of this and we need to continue the 4P's, if we stop it our people will left without eating a food or buying things they need. This is the only way we can hel–" The man at the left side of the table spoke, but stop when he suddenly shot in a head by a sniper.

"Everybody get down!" I shout and everyone get low and immediately left the place, I immediately get out my gun and and hide behind the table the guards are guiding the people outside while shooting the enemies.

Lalabas na sana ako para barilin ang target ngunit bigla akong hinila ni Ruel at siya ang nagpaputok sa kalaban.

"What the fuck are you doing?!" I shout at him because of his sudden movement.

"You stay here! Let me handle this!" He said back that make me frown.

"The fuck are you saying! I should be the one to protect you, idiot!" I said back with angry voice.

I immediately shot the person in his back when someone was about to shot him, my attention left him and shot the enemies one by one.

I thought everyone was already died but it's not, my eyes immediately went to Ruel when I heard a gunshot and it come from him, he was shot in a kidney area.

I look around in the big broken glass window and saw someone from the other building holding a sniper that is focused on us, I saw a smirk on his face before he run away.

"Shit!" I shout before I run towards Ruel and help him, I remove my top and only wearing my sports bra but I don't care now.

"Don't fucking sleep, you need to keep alive." I said to him before we heard people barge inside and help me, they put a oxygen on him before they put him in a stretcher.
