A little girl in a village was playing with her friends and brother while her mother and father were shopping, her village was small but had a few hunters and huntresses to defend it from grimm.
Girls father- Olivia, Daniel time to go!
Olivia- coming father, come on Daniel.
Daniel- I'm coming.
As the family was walking home Olivia told her mother and father about the games that Daniel and her played with their friends while they waited for them to finish shopping.
Mother- well seems you 2 had a wonderful time.
Father- (chuckles) looks like it.
Olivia- was smiling big while her brother was walking next to her laid back till he saw something under a tree, and ran over to see it was a part of a sword.
Daniel- hey dad look what I found.
Daniel held the sword part out to his father to see, as his father looked it over he was confused at why it would be here.
Father- that's odd I haven't seen a weapon made like this before.
Daniel begged his father to bring it home so they could see if they could use it for something, after a few minutes his father relented and brought it home with them. When they arrived home Olivia and Daniel ran into their room to play while their mother and father began to make dinner for that night. Daniels father laid the broken weapon fragment on a work desk while he helped his wife make food. After about an hour the family sat down to eat and talk about their day.
Olivia- so are you still gonna let me start combat school tommorrow like you promised dad.
Father- yes Olivia a deals a deal we will take you to the bullhead port tommorrow.
Mother- we are gonna miss you sweetheart but I know you will make us proud.
Daniel- yeah then I can tell all my friends that my sister is going to become the baddest huntress of all time.
Olivia smiled at her family and hugged them, after they were done eating they cleaned up and was going to go about their night till Olivia noticed the sword shard glowing a dark red on her fathers work desk.
Olivia- Dad you might want to come see this.
Her father walked in and saw what she was looking at and was confused he approached the sword shard and was about to pick it up till he heard a knock at the door.
Father- I wonder who that could be this late at night
As Olivia's father went to answer the door, Olivia walked up to the shard and was inspecting it then she heard the sound of flesh being pierced and the sound of air leaving ones body. She quickly ran back to see her father impaled by a broken sword and lifted off the ground, before she could scream his body was thrown to the side to reveal a knight in azure armor with glowing red eyes and a monstrous right arm standing in the doorway.
