Deltarune: Absolute Darkness. (A Deltarune X Murder Drones AU.)

[Chapter 1: Hangout, Start!]

After that interaction with Tessa, Susie and Kris flopped on Kris's couch, as Toriel was out filing a police report again. "Well, Kris. Tessa seems like a chill dude to me. Maybe we should invite her to a Dark World sometime, heh."

Kris looked at Susie, before looking back at the television, with the slightest spark of an idea within those dull ruby eyes. It was currently airing a new show by Snitch Productions. "Oh, this is the show Berdly's been talking about, Kris. Pretty sure it's called Revival Androids. This is like, the 6th episode. Wonder if they'll ever explain the ImpossiblePuzzle." Eventually, there was a knock. "That must be Tessa, and her four drones. I'll get it for ya, Kris." Susie stood up, and trudged to the door, and opened it. Tessa was indeed standing there, and waved a bit. "Good day, Susie. Uh, may I and the Workers come in?" Susie nodded. "Sure, I guess." Tessa nodded, and stepped in, followed by the four workers, all in a neat 1x1 line. Susie mumbled: "These drones are better at making a proper line than most people." Tessa chuckled a bit. "Yeah. Well, best introduce them. This one you know already, N." N gently waved to Susie: "Greetings Madam!" The shy drone hiding behind the couch peeked out. "The one behind the couch is V. She's a bit shy sometimes, so uh, do remember that." V nodded, and stepped out from behind the couch nervously, before shaking her head and speaking: "Greetings, I apologize for my behavior just a moment ago. I'll try to avoid it later." Susie nodded thoughtfully: "(Huh, so these bots DO have their own personalities.)" Tessa patted V on the head, and put her arm on N's head. "The one leaning against the wall pretending to be independent is J. She's kinda like... the big sister that keeps the other 3 on track." J nodded, and rolled her eyes. "Thanks, boss for the kind words." Tessa nodded in response, as Susie thought to herself: "(Imma be honest, J seems kinda like a jerk, like me, in a way.)" And Tessa sighed, feeling someone tug at her skirt. "Miss Tessa, you haven't introduced ME! Sad Face." Tessa realized, and looked down. "Oh, and this lil goober is Cyn. I don't know why Cyn has yellow eyes, so don't ask." Susie nodded, as Cyn responded: "Happy Sounds." Susie asked: "So, does Cyn just.. talk like that?" Tessa nodded: "She can speak normally, but some programming quirk causes her to speak like that."

Susie nodded. "Alright, let's get this hangout going, then!" Susie leapt onto the couch again, but left room for Tessa and the Drones to squeeze in, too. Eventually, Toriel got back, and after the same general introductions, everyone was mad chilling. Eventually, Kris stood up, mumbling in their bored tone: "I'll be back. One moment." Kris walked into the bathroom, past the kitchen, where Toriel was teaching V to make Butterscotch Pie. And comically, V was on a stack of books, as she was too short to reach the counter otherwise, and Toriel had misplaced the kitchen stool the week before. A few minutes later, Kris had come out of the bathroom with a slight red splotch on their shirt and soon, Tessa had an arm around N, while Susie also had one around Kris. They watched another episode of Revival Androids, but it was inturrepted by The Peanuts Movie, again. Susie looked to Kris, and asked: "Dude, do you only have the first 7 episodes?! There's like, 3 seasons!" Kris shrugged, simply responding: "Asriel took the other DVDs with him." Susie sighed, as Tessa spoke: "Ey, Peanuts ain't a bad movie either." But, then a cheerful V called out: "Hey, Pie's ready guys!" and Those who could eat, ate their fair share. Eventually, N looked at the clock: "Oh my, We must go to sleep soon. It's getting late!" Tessa nodded, and About, uh, 30 Minutes later, Susie and Tessa were out like a light for the night. The Drones eventually made sure everything was in order, before deactivating for the night.

.....But, there was ONE person not asleep. Kris. Slowly, Kris stood up, and violently tore the SOUL from their chest, as they stuffed it between the couch cushions. there was now a spoltch of blood on the ground, but Kris could care less.. They slowly pulled a knife from their pocket, with a small smile coming upon their face. Kris figured, if Tessa and the Drones mysteriously wound up in the Dark World, then.. Who knows, Kris and Susie could try and get to know them much better than, if that occurs. Kris slowly raised up the knife above their head, the invisible strings above them attempting to stop Kris straining. Then, Kris slammed into the floor.

A blinding bright white light spawned from the ground, with a mix of yellow and purple, oddly. Kris didn't notice, and only after the Fountain began to take shape, did Kris pull the knife out of the floor, quickly stepping back onto the couch again. Kris grabbed, and refused the SOUL into their chest. Kris closed their eyes, and...

LET..

THE DARKNESS..

GROW...
