All of this is not making sense, Mark is in danger yet something tells me that creature is different but no i can't let my guard down, I will talk to him... Something here is not making sense.
After that I decided to see where this one was and when I found him it was time to talk to him.

'I know you are here'

I jump a bit backwards but then came out, I shouldn't be scared it feeds on fear. I composed myself as I came outside.

"..."

'Why are you here?'

"If you don't mind me asking, why?"

'Why what?'

"You are acting as if you have a heart towards that boy,why? Are you manipulating him like all of you always do? Taking pleasure in seeing him cry?"

'First thing no I have morality, second don't make me mad I do not want to shout and alarm Mark, he's sleeping and finally I do care...'

"I can't believe your lies, I am not stupid, I know you will hurt him, if not that then you will guilt trip him use him as a puppet, break his mind with no recovery, mind control him like you did to those poor souls, their voices are crying as we speak so what makes you think that after all of that you can go unscathed?.

'I know that I have done wrong like a lot you may not accept my apology and I don't want you to, I have seen through all that and I want to change'

"You really think that the worst person can change that if he just tries he will achieve it?.
Trust me I have seen it go wrong a lot of times and you?, you are far from worst you are called the vengeful creature for a reason wanting pain to those who hurt you now and in the past"

'You won't understand why I did all of that... I let my self guilt consume me I know that but now that I have regained all my memories I can see that those kids weren't the only one who got gas-lighted'

Before I said another thing I asked.-

"Wait... what do you mean?"

'All of those who became this got their memories distorted or most of their memories they only remember their name, they remember mine because "someone" had decided to tell everyone about me without my consent. Back to the topic.'

The one who tries to remembers his past fails, his mind is cleanse before he tries to. So basically we are souls or consciousness trapped in this body manipulated to kill for a fake promise. Becoming human again but as you know, someone can die once and it's done.'

"I... I am trying to process everything you said, then why can't we rest, what did we do?"

'Because you all are in it too, you guys are filled with grieve and sadness, it has made you not able to rest until you find peace and while the evil is still in our midst you will not be able to. That includes us and that's what they want, they want to make us grieve and be angry to achieve immortality. The residues of dark emotion are the ones that keep making you live just like me. I'm looking for revenge for all of those who hurt me and my brother, that is what made me chose this... But I didn't know this is what it would cost'

"So... then Mark..."

'I don't want him to but he is in it too because he is the next target I don't want to kill him but even if I don't do it the rest will come to take his soul and that's what I am trying to avoid'
