My earliest memory I have is seeing the pixie dust tree and having thousands of eyes staring at me and a fairy sat beside me. My sister. She isn't quite as pale as me and has red hair. She looks like a greek goddess. We were wearing the same little white dress. Suddenly, a glowing light starts coming towards us, accompanied by four taller fairies. The light turned into a fairy dressed in gold, who greeted up and helped us fly for the first time. After that, different fairies put items on mushroom pedestals. We each went round them and found this little whirlwind glowing when we held it. When mine glew, it was very bright, and everyone cheered. Does this mean something? The golden fairy then introduced us, calling me Vidia and my sister, Zephyr. The next thing we knew, we had a small group of fairies come towards us, all of them wearing purple. My heart suddenly starts pounding in my chest. I feel so nervous. I take a step back, so I'm just behind Zephyr.
"Welcome to Pixie Hollow!" One fairy greets us. "We are the fast flying fairies responsible for creating winds and breezes as well as spreading pollen."
"Let's get on with the grand tour. " another fairy says. The rest of the fairies break off from us and fly away, while these two stay with us, leading us across the winter border, through the autumn woods, over the summer meadows and across the spring valleys.
Along the tour, we see fairies of different abilities. Some are making rainbows, some planting bulbs, and other painting the plants.
Later, we get taken to the autumn forest and up towards the tree canopies.
"And here are your homes." One fast flyer says,"You'll find some clothes and come and join us when you are ready."
With that, we went into our new homes.

Mine was actually cosy, I had a bed, shelves, a small kitchen, a sofa, and a wardrobe. In the wardrobe, I find purple leaf tops and feather skirts, and i admit, they are beautiful. My long dark hair was loose, and I found I was standing on it a lot, so I tied it into a ponytail using a feather I found on a table. I then went outside.

The fast flyers were waiting for me and Zephyr.
"You too look stunning." One says. "Anyway, we want to see how comfortable you two are with creating a simple breeze. Try lifting some of those leaves off the ground." The fairy points to the floor. Both me and Zephyr, get closer to the floor, and Zephyr goes first.
I watch as she seems too effertlessly create a gental breeze, lifting the leaves off the ground.
"Brilliant, Zephyr." A fairy said. "Ok, Vidia, your turn."
I hesitate, worried I won't be as good as my sister. I try to create a small breeze, waving my hands around in a small circle. The leaves begin to rise, but I guess my wind isn't as good, and I lose control, the leaves going everywhere.
I hear some sniggers behind me.
"Don't worry, not everyone gets it perfectly first tine round." One of the fairies tells me. Just then, an older looking fairy joins us.
"But that just means you have much more to learn, to be a full-fledged fast flyer." She said. "I'm fairy Terry, and I am the leader of the fast flyers. I suggest going to the library and finding the Windology book and starting to study. We don't have too many rules, but here are what you must follow: 1. Fast flying fairies are the best of the best, and you must always work to keep it that way. 2. Don't embarrass yourself by flying too fast into things. You are only allowed to start speed flying when I say you are ready. And finally, stay away from the tinker fairies. They are the lowest of the low and completely beneath us."
"Tinkers? Why?" I ask.
"They are dirty fairies who work in a ditch for a start. We do not associate with them."
Me and Zephyr are dismissed for the day to get to know Pixie Hollow, and I decided that I might as well find that book. So I fly around to look for it when I fly over a ditch in the middle of a vally. That must be the ditch Fairy Terry mentioned. I spot tinkers down below, busy, and I'm suddenly curious to see for myself why she doesn't want us near them. I fly down and hide on a rock ledge as I watch the tinkers using all sorts of contraptions and making different objects, and I am fascinated.
I don't know how long I was there before one of the tinkers spots me.
"Hi there," She said. "Your Vidia, right? I'm Chime. We don't usually see fast flyers here."
"Yeah, so I heard. I was flying over head and wanted to see for myself why Fairy Terry doesn't want us anywhere near tinkers. Honestly, I think what I'm seeing is pretty impressive."
"Well, why don't I show you around. Don't worry, I won't tell anyone." So Vidia follows Chime around tinkers nook.
