"Kyle, who's at the door?" Claire says covering herself up with the sheet as the knock on the door interrupted their make out session.
But Kyle's mind was on Tara, Harrison's mother, who was standing outside his door.
"Well, aren't you going to invite me in?" Tara asks Kyle, whose jaw dropped.
"Well, I see you're busy with some floozy," Tara said, noticing some blonde in Kyle's bed who wasn't Summer.
"Um, my life isn't any of your concern," Kyle said, "and how did you get out of prison?"
"Oh, did I forget to alert you to my release?" Tara said sarcastically.
"Um, yeah, I have a right to know when my son is in danger!"
"Um last I checked, Harrison is our son?" Tara reminded him, as Claire excused herself to go get dressed.
"Um, I'll let you two catch up while I head into the bathroom to freshen up." Claire said running into the bathroom.
"Yeah, you do that," Tara said, "who is she, Kyle?"

As Kyle brought Tara up to speed regarding him and Summer, unaware that Tara already knew due to what time she got on the Internet, Tara dropped a bomb on him, "Well, I'm sorry for you and Summer's marriage ending, but I'm here for my son now that I'm out of prison. So where is he?"
"Well, he's at the Newman Ranch for Summer's visitation." Kyle says.
"Well, I want some time with Harrison," Tara said as she handed him some papers.
"What's this?" Kyle said perusing the documents, "are you suing me for custody of Harrison?!"
"That's right Kyle!" Tara said. "I've been keeping tabs on your relationship troubles with Summer and decided to file my own custody for our son!"
Kyle couldn't believe that after winning custody of Harrison from Summer, he now had to deal with another one from Tara!
