The male grimaced as another wave of the cold winter air blew at him relentlessly

Fuck

He mumbled to himself wondering exactly what part of him decided it was a good idea to wear a t-shirt in such an unstable climate. He sighed, almost losing all hope feeling warmth again.

Fucking weather, more unstable than my past non-existent, scenario based relationships

He continued to cuss the weather as his legs aimlessly carried him ahead, his eyes suddenly brightening as he noticed a warm looking coffee shop ahead of him. He walked in releasing a sigh of relief as he felt the warm air wash over him, inhaling the comforting smell of coffee as he slowly made his way to the front counter. A young barista made her way to the register, her eyes discreetly looking him over.

A sudden wave of self consciousness washed over him as he wrapped his arms around himself. "What would you like?" She asked her voice monotone as she took note of the male's soft and squirrel-like features. "Can I get a Latte and a slice of strawberry cheesecake?" He asked timidly, tapping his leg slightly on the ground, an anxious habit. "Mhm" she nodded as she noted down his order.

"Your name? For the order." He nodded at the girl. "Han Jisung." The girl simply nodded, going back to prepare Jisungs order. The male sitting near the window, grimacing when he remembered the fact that he'd have to face the cold weather once again soon enough, Jisung sighed, taking his phone out of his back pocket. He rolled his eyes in annoyance.

Fucking 15% left?

He began to wonder who jinxed his day, everything was going downhill and it was beginning to drive him crazy. Forcefully being pulled out of his negative spiral of thoughts as he heard his name being called, Jisung made his way to the front once again. "Thank you." He mumbled quietly as he paid for his order, taking it back to his table. The barista smiled as she watched Jisung walk away.

He's definitely Minho's type.

She mumbled to herself as she continued to watch him take a bite out of the cheese cake.

Stop staring at him like that Yeji, you're just being creepy.

She scolded herself silently, her phone ringing suddenly. Jisung sighed in relief as he watched her walk away, he felt a sudden guilt at the thought, but Jisung was naturally socially awkward.

You couldn't blame him, could you?

The male really didn't want to leave the coffee shop, as he was afraid of getting frozen to near death once again, he sighed stepping out of the newfound warm haven and into the finger numbing cold. Jisung took the familiar way back to his apartment, his body on autopilot. He began to greatly regret taking the dark alleyway, he coughed the sound ringing in his ears, painfully loud. Every step he took agitated the boy, an unfamiliar fear burning at the back of his throat.

What the fuck?

His eyes enlarging at the sight in front of him.

No fucking way....
