" time really shows how insignificant you are in someone's life."

So.. here's a new point of view.. what if you meet your first love after almost a decade? Still looking handsome as ever, with a perfect life.. perfect smile.. and with a kid? Did I mention that you are that kids' teacher.. no? Then here you go.

"Miss Seri! Did you not go to college?" one of my class 2 student asked me.

" I did go to college darling.. who told you that, I didn't? " I smiled at the troublemaker of the class 2 Eren.

" my mom said you have to wait for us to go home because you didn't go to college.. she said if I didn't study hard I would become like you. will you tell her that I am studying hard? I know all the tables now. I don't want to be the last one to go home.."

I would love to throw his mom in front of Titans.

" shut up.. you kinda smell like baka Eren Jaeger Kim."

Eren starts to cry as his classmate yells at him. I can't help but let out a chuckle at his words.

" oh! My baby sorry.. mom was late.. why are you crying..?" Eren's mom arrives at the school gate.

" Haru said I smell like a baka.." Eren cried.

"Miss Hwang, how can you let him swear at my child? Didn't your parents teach you manners little punk!" Eren's mom yells at me and Haru.

" you should also try teaching manners to your kid. He doesn't even know that Miss Seri teaches big kids, she has obviously, studied more than college." Haru gives attitude to Eren's mom taking my side.

Have I fallen to rock bottom that even a 7-year-old understands my pitifulness and stands up for me..

"This kid!"

" Lee Haru you shouldn't talk with elders like this.." I crouched down to match haru's height and talked with him. " a good kid never talks back.. let's apologize to eren's mom."

" I'm not at fault.. why should I apologize?" haru refuses looking away

" I apologize on behalf of haru." I stand up giving up on perusing haru. Taking his little hand in mine, I bowed to eren's mom.

" huh.. forget it.. I don't want insincere apologies.. and what did my child even ask to make him cry like this?"

" Eren's mom.. I know haru was rude but eren was also rude. Children learn everything from their parents so, I guess, you should stop judging people you know nothing about."

"Who did I judge? I only said what was obvious.. I guess you have much to learn Miss Hwang. must be hard for someone who didn't have a chance to get the proper education."

" oh really? What is your qualification, Mrs. Kim?"

" I have a bachelor's degree in finance.. bet you didn't even hear about it." eren's mom gloated.

" I guess you are right.. Cuz I was busy doing my PhD."

Other parents started to laugh and murmur about Mrs. Kim.

" is that bigger than college?" eren asks me

"Yes, darling." I answered him.

" cool! Mom! I want to be like miss Seri, not you!" eren starts to jump telling his mom.

" stop jumping! We are getting late for your piano lessons!" eren's mom drags him behind her and leaves the school.

" why didn't you tell her that earlier if you learned more than her?" haru scoffs still holding my hand.
