The day of Emma's ballet performance had finally arrived, and Paige could feel the excitement buzzing in the air. She had been looking forward to this moment for weeks, ever since Emma had first mentioned the show. Emma had been working tirelessly on her routine, pushing herself to perfect every move, every spin, every leap. And tonight, it was all going to come together in front of a full audience.

Paige was proud of her girlfriend, more than Emma could ever know. She had seen the late-night rehearsals, the hours Emma spent stretching and practicing until her muscles ached. She had watched Emma put everything she had into this performance, and now Paige was ready to see Emma shine.

But Paige wanted to do more than just watch. She wanted to surprise Emma, to show her just how much she meant to her. Emma had always been thoughtful and sweet, constantly reminding Paige of their connection in small, meaningful ways. Paige wanted to return the favor.

She knew exactly what to do.

Earlier that day, after her morning basketball practice, Paige had made a trip to the local florist. She had been thinking about this for days now, wanting to find the perfect way to surprise Emma after the show. And then it hit her—their first real interaction, the moment Emma had given her that small, delicate daisy outside the gym. That single flower had started everything between them, and now, Paige wanted to remind Emma of that sweet, simple beginning.

When she walked into the flower shop, Paige knew exactly what she was looking for: a bouquet of daisies, full of the same small flowers that had brought them together. She carefully selected a large bouquet, making sure it was filled with bright, cheerful daisies that would make Emma smile the way she had when she first handed Paige that single bloom.

As she left the shop with the bouquet carefully cradled in her arms, Paige couldn't help but feel a flutter of anticipation in her chest. She couldn't wait to see Emma's reaction, couldn't wait to surprise her with something that meant so much to both of them.

By the time Paige arrived back at her dorm, her teammates were already getting ready for the show. Azzi and KK were especially excited—Paige had invited them to join her in the audience, and both of them had agreed without hesitation. They had heard so much about Emma's dedication and talent that they couldn't wait to see her perform in person.

"Look at you, being all romantic," KK teased as Paige walked into the room with the bouquet in hand. "That's a pretty serious-looking bouquet. You trying to make all of us jealous?"

Paige laughed, shaking her head as she carefully placed the bouquet down on her bed. "It's not about being romantic," she said, though her smile betrayed just how much she was looking forward to giving the flowers to Emma. "It's a reminder. When we first met, Emma gave me a daisy. It was... this little, simple gesture, but it meant so much. I wanted to bring that back tonight."

Azzi grinned, clearly impressed. "Look at you," she said, nudging Paige with her elbow. "You're really in love, aren't you?"

Paige blushed, but she couldn't deny the truth. "Yeah," she admitted softly, her voice filled with warmth. "I am."

KK smiled, her tone playful but sincere. "Well, I think it's adorable," she said. "Emma's going to love it."

Paige felt a rush of excitement as they all got ready to leave for the theater. She couldn't wait to see Emma on stage, couldn't wait to be there cheering her on alongside her teammates. And, of course, she couldn't wait to give Emma the bouquet after the show.

The theater was buzzing with energy when Paige and her teammates arrived. The soft hum of conversation filled the air as the audience began to settle into their seats. Paige, Azzi, and KK found a row near the center, giving them a perfect view of the stage. The lights were dim, casting a soft glow over the room, and the anticipation in the air was palpable.
