Brooke was stood at her locker with Santana, Brittney, and Quinn talking about their summer when JBI walks up to "interview" them.
"How has life changed since the birth of your bastard child?" He questions Quinn first, Brooke gives him a weird look and grabs Quinn's hand in support.
"Well, I'm happy to be back, and I'm ready for a fresh-start. And... I'm a lot... hormonal so..." Quinn trailed off as her and Brooke noticed the camera trailing over to Santana's boobs. Brook rolls her eyes bringing the camera back to Quinn "So there's not really anymore crying."
He then turns to Santana "How was your summer?"
"My eyes are up here jewFro." She rolls her eyes "And it was uneventful" Brittany then says "People thought I went on vacation, but I actually spent the summer lost in the sewers" Gaining confused glances from the girls.
"Brooke, looking hot as ever" He says turning the camera looking her up and down, earning a disgusted look from the girl. "I heard you and former hookup turned boyfriend, Matt Rutherford, broke up due to him moving. Care to comment?"
"I- Uh" She's cut off by Santana "Alright, beat it creep" He then runs off to bother more people.
"How does he even know about that?" Brooke questions shutting her locker, they all then walk to their classes
Brooke was sat in between Santana and Brittany, her and Brittany were drawing in her notebook waiting for Mr. Schue to start the class.
He then walks in with papers in his hands "These are comments from Jacob Ben Israel's recent Glee club blog. Glee is a giant ball of suck"
"We get it Mr. Schue" Kurt cuts him off "Everyone still hates us, so what? So we're plankton on the High School food chain"
"Oh I love plankton from SpongeBob. He's so misunderstood" Brooke cuts in, and Brittany agrees with her "He really is"
Kurt continues ignoring the two girls random statements that they're all used to by now "The only difference now is that none of us really care"
"Kurt's right" Mercedes adds "We're a family. They can bring it all they want. None of it is going to break us."
"Okay, I'm really happy that you guys have all bonded. The problem is that all of this negative talk is keeping other students from auditioning." Mr. Schue say's
"Good, why do we need new members?" Tina asks
"Well since Matt moved we only have twelve members"
Brooke frowns that Mr. Schue's statement "I miss him" Mike puts a comforting hand on her shoulder
"And if we want to go to nationals, and beat Vocal Adrenaline. We have to go from a small rebel force to a giant wall of sound"
Rachel shakes her head agreeing with Mr. Schue "Mr. Schuester's right you guys. You didn't see Vocal Adrenaline at Regional's they were epic. We're gonna need more voices in order to beat them." Finn Immediately agrees with his girlfriend "I'm with Rachel on this one"
