Brooke was sitting with Brittany and Santana talking when Mr. Schuester walked in writing something on the board. "All right, guys, um... time to start thinking about song selections"
Brooke leans down to talk to Puck "Lookin' good Puckerman. Someone's been eating their Wheaties."
"These guns are fully loaded" He smirks flexing making the three girls giggle
"Mr. Schue?" Rachel starts "I for one think we should use our set list for sectionals to start exploring the oeuvre of one Bernadette Peters."
"Someday, I'm gonna go to Paris and visit the Oeuvre" Brittany tells everyone
"I just want to dance" Mike cuts in
"Oou, Me too" Brooke adds agreeing with Mike
"Mr. Schue, you look a little green" Mercedes says noticing the state of their teacher
"Um... I think I'm gonna go see the nurse. But first I feel like I should get you guys a sitter." He says making the class look at each other confused
After Mr. Schue leaves Rachel immediately gets up walking to the front of the class "Class, in Mr. Schuester's absence, I'd like to go around and ask everyone what solos they'd like to hear me perform at sectionals."
Santana jumps up "All right, you know what? Let me at her! ¡Tú eres loca!" She yells lunging at her as everyone tries to hold her back while Rachel screams in fear
Brooke is walking into Glee club when she stopped by Finn and Puck before she could walk over to her seat "Whats going on?" She asks
"There's a sub, I'm buttering the floor" He answers as Finn lifts her off the ground and places her on the other side of it.
"Thanks Finn" She smiles patting his cheek lightly
Rachel the walks in "Um, did I hear something about a substitute?-" She cut off as she slips on the floor making Brooke let out a loud laugh
"Yes! It works!" Puck cheers
"Well, at least i didn't fall and break my talent." She says smoothing out her outfit standing up
"To bad you didn't break that big ego of yours" Brooke remarks then skipping over to sit next to Mike smiling as she lightly flicks his forehead, he then does the same.
Ms. Holliday then enters sliding in the room "Oh, What the hell?" Artie says
"Hola, clase. Nothing says "bienvenidos" quite like a buttered floor. Let's start with some introductions. My name is holly Holliday. What's yours? Go."
"I'm Finn Hudson. Quarterback of the football team" Puck says imitating Finn
"I'm Rachel Berry, his loud, loud, girlfriend" Santana says making Rachel send her a look
"I'm Mike Chang" Brooke says wanting to be included earning a nod of approval from Mike
"Those aren't your real names." Ms. Holliday says "You know how I know that?"
"You psychic?" Brittany guesses
"I know this because I recently watched a video of you guys performing at regionals, where you came in last. Maybe it's because the songs were about 30 years old, but..."
"Those songs are classics" Finn defends
"Those songs are amazing. But they sounded like somebody else's favorite songs. Not yours. Just sayin'."
