The note

Baileys POV

When I got home I walked to the dining room with Justin and saw that my favorite meal was on the table. Ribs and corn on the cob. We sat down and my whole family said grace and we chowed down. It took about an hour before my parents excused me from the table. I then took the elevator up stairs and took a shower.

After I took a shower, blow dried my hair, and painted my nails it was about 12:35. I was sitting on my bed when I realized about the note.

I launched forward off of my bed and headed to my laundry pile and pulled out my Jeans. I searched through the pockets and found the sticky note. It was folded into a several squares. I unfolded it. I read

'513-333-4654 call me at 12 tonight - gray'

I looked at my phone and realized it was almost an hour past 12. Shit.
I still called him.

"Hello?" Grayson said
"Hi it's Bailey. Grayson?" I said. I regretted saying it because I felt stupid.
"Oh hi I thought you wouldn't call." Grayson responded.
"Yeah I totally forgot until now sorry." I said still confused about why he wanted me to call.
"So why did you want me to call?" I asked hoping that there would be a good reason.
"Meet me by the playground." Grayson said.
I sat there in shock for a couple of reasons. Mostly because I have a boyfriend and if he found out I would be dead. But reluctantly I said okay. We hung up.

One of the problems was that I did not know were the playground was,or witch one it is. So I looked up on my phone 'nearest playgrounds by me'. Only one showed up so I Assumed that was the playground we were meeting at.
By the time I walked there it was probably about 1:30 am. I was so tired and cold.

When I arrived Grayson was already there and someone was with him. At first I was confused and then I realized it was Ethan. I wasn't sure though because it was pitch black outside.
"Um hi?" I said.
"Hi." they both said in sync.
At this point, I was wondering still why they wanted me here.
"You look beautiful." Grayson said.
I blushed but thank god they couldn't see. Wait. What?
"How can you say that when you can't even see me?" I said giggling.
"Come and sit." Grayson said patting the area between him and Ethan.
I sat between them and they started asking me questions like:
'were did you come from' and 'why did you move'

But then there's Ethan. He asked me some crazy shit like 'do you like ice cream' or 'how do you feel about cheese'. Even though those questions mean nothing I still answered Having a laugh here and there.

Ethan's POV
I loved talking to Bailey she's so open and she makes me feel a certain way. I love being in her presence. We were asking her questions and I was trying to be dumb and trying to make her laugh. I think she did. Then I finally got the courage to ask her if she had a boyfriend. My heart froze waiting for her to answer. When she finally said yes after what felt like a decade my heart shattered.
Why was I expecting her not to have one I mean she's beautiful, funny and very nice.
I was really tired so I said that it was time to go we walked her to her house and said our goodbyes. I went to hug her and she gave me a side hug. <<caught in the friend zone.
I went inside and the whole night I was thinking about Bailey. I was looking forward for school tomorrow.

Baileys POV
The whole rest of the night I felt bad about what I had to say to Ethan (that I have the boyfriend.)
I was pissed though that it was 2:00 and I have school in 5 hours. Great.
