" Why are you following me !? " Taehyung was clearly in anger.

" Because I don't have anything else to do" jungkook replied. After breakfast jungkook keep following Taehyung.

" Is it my problem. If you don't have anything to do then go sleep in the room " Taehyung said he has a counselling meeting to attend but can't because of jungkook.

" King I got the reports that angels will not be attaching hell any sooner" minho said with the letter in his hand.

There are demons who disguised themselves as angels in order to get the information both about the war and political crisis. Same goes for angels there are also angels who disguised themselves as demons. That's the reason that council meeting only held between number of trustworthy members.

Even tho demon had got upper hand on his spy missions because many demons are hybrid. So they can use more than one type of power. Recently, many ( demon + witch ) hybrid had enter heaven because of their top notch skills at shapeshifting there race. They can fool both angels and demon with there gifted skill they had. But due to high security of heaven and very strict rules this hybrid often don't get good amount of useful information.

" Maybe we beat them real good last time. So they need time to overcome from their last defeat " jisoo said with a proud smile.

" But Apex is crazy. It's not like he care about his peoples or army. What if he just wake up and decide to attack us again. We can't let our guard down" elder Lee said.

" But elder if we got some time we should use it to improve our civilians condition. I recently went to the central town and many demons are living in living death condition " Minho said he himself is from Central town he can't just stand and watch his people suffer.

" I agree with Minho. At this rate, if we don't do anything civil wars might start" elder Maya said one of the most wise demon of hell.

" But elder Maya if Apex suddenly attacked us. We will be finished for sure. We can think about civilians welfare after we achieve a much stable state with war going on it's stupidity to spend time and money on civilians " Elder Lee rolled his eyes.

" Do you think we can handle civil war while external wars are going on. If we got time we should use it to fix our economy " elder Maya said.

" What's the point of fixing it!? If it will going to be destroyed again. We should focus on our stability first " Elder Lee said it's like a cold war going between them.

" And what is stability according to you!? It's not like Apex will stop attacking us until we finish him off " Elder Maya argue back.

" Silence" Taehyung said and the whole council meeting fell into complete silence.

" It's true that are economy is at critical stage but its also true that we can't shift our attention towards it. Strengthening army is our first priority " Taehyung was tensed.

"What's your opinion about it Namjoon " Taehyung asked no decision in hell can be taken without Namjoon giving final opinion on it.

" I think we should strengthen our economy first. We can't handle civil war at any cost not at this point " Namjoon calmly said.

" But —

" Let me complete Elder Lee" Namjoon said and Elder Lee shut his mouth.

" I don't think Apex will attack any sooner. We should first strengthen our economy and then focus on strengthening our army at all cost even if we have to negotiate with the other races " Namjoon said his voice show authority.

" You sound so sure about Apex not attacking again and What about negotiating with other races hyung " Taehyung asked. Namjoon was a type who will never answer clearly.

" Blue moon coming soon " namjoon said and whole council fell into dead silence again.

" What!? " Taehyung was in terror.

" It's not good " Taehyung said.

From both heaven and hell, moon can't be seen. Blue moon is a very rare event the that occur once in 1 million years. In blue moon, angels got 10times stronger then usual. One day after blue moon, red moon appear. In red moon, demons become 10 times longer. Even tho difference between them is just one day but one day is also enough for angels to enrage the bloody war and conquer the hell completely. Shedding blood unnecessary, taking the life of innocents had become the nature of angels.

" What we gonna do !? I-It's not good " Taehyung was in panic.

" Don't panic king. There is still time 5 months until blue moon. We need to resolve our inner conflicts first " Namjoon said and Taehyung nodded.

" Minho go tell everyone that we will be resolving inner problem first. If you face any problem come to me directly" Taehyung said and Minho nodded with a blush he always had a tiny miny crush on Taehyung.

" With that's it the meeting is dismissed " Taehyung said and everyone started leaving room one by one.
