Chapter 5

~Leos P.O.V~

I got to the Athena cabin and knocked on the door.
One of Annabeths' siblings opened the door.
"Is Annabeth here?" I asked.
"Yea, let me go get her" She walked back in and got Annabeth.
"Leo? What are you doing here?" She asked crossing her arms and leaning against the door frame.
"I need to ask you something... in private" I said grabbing her wrist and leading her to bunker 9.
"Wha- Leo, what are you doing... this better be important, I was in the middle of a book" She said, and she looked mad.
"Annabeth, as much as you scare me, bu-" I was going to finish, but something interrupted me.
It was Jason with Crystal.
"We'll finish this later" She said walking towards Crystal.
"And this this Bunker 9" Jason said as Annabeth walked up to them.
"Hello, I'm Annabeth, daughter of Athena."
"Hi," Crystal said waving "I'm daughter of K- I mean I don't know"
Jason and I looked at her with big eyes then to Annabeth.
"You sure, because you seem like you do.." She said raising an eyebrow.
"Yeah, I'm sure," She said looking at her and biting her bottom lip.
"Okay... well it was nice to meet you Crystal, but if you don't mind I have to get going."
Annabeth left Bunker 9.
We made sure that she was fully gone until we started talking.
"Well that was close!" I said sitting down in a chair at a work bench.
"Yeah, sorry" Crystal said with a worried look in her eyes.
"It's okay, you didn't mean to." Jason said coming into the conversation.
I was thinking for a second when I got it.
"Crystal?" I asked.
"Yes" She said looking at me with those pale blue eyes.
"Do you have powers?" I asked standing up and walking over to her.
"I don't know why?" She asked looking at me and Jason back and forth.
"Can you try?" I asked with a smirk on my face.
