I looked around, all I could see was death and destruction the war brought. Parents with dead childrent, children with dead parents, or entire dead families. All I could feel was vomit wanting to slip out of my throat as I looked around. All of my friends were dead, my family is dead, all in the name of so-called 'pure blood'. Honestly, it always has been a bunch of bullshit to me. Especially since the guy praising blood purity is a halfblood only doing it cause his father left before he was born.
All I could think about was my cousins last words to me before he died. "Please, Liza, if I don't make it, you have to go back and make it right." at first I was confused as all hell, but now, I know exactly what I need to do. I apparated back to the Nott manor and went to Theo's room. I looked all around until I finally found it. Let me explain a little bit here. While my cousin was working under Lucius Malfoy at the ministry Theo made two time turners and hid them in two different places.
The Ministry found one and destroyed it, but they never found the other one. I was about to give up until I bumped into his bookcase. It gave a weird hollow sound. I moved the bookcase and there it was. His workshop behind his books case. He was always a smart sneaky bastard. I smiled to myself. I saw a letter on his desk I gently picked it up, it had my name on it. I bit my lips as I opened it.
'Dear Liza,
If you are reading this, then it has happened. Voldemort won. For the past two years I've been going back in time to try and correct what happened before he could get back into power. I first went to his era when he was at Hogwarts and that didn't work. Then I went to our parents era and that didn't work. Now it's up to you, my baby sister.
All you need to do is hold the time turner in your hands and think of the year you want to go to. I will already be there in 1975. Use the last name Sullivan, I've already told everyone about you that you were my little sister and you might be coming to Hogwarts. I'm so sorry that things went the way they did, but you can make it better. I know you can, I believe in you. But I want you to remember, no matter what, I love you Sunshine, and I always will. I felt tear prick the outsides of eyes as I put the letter down. I shakily put my hand to my mouth as I cried and sat down. My hand trembled as I reached out for the time turner. I grabbed one of his bags and charmed it with an undetectable extension charm. I grabbed all of his journals, some of his clothes, and some other random things. Once I apparated out of the house I took out the time turner and thought of the year 1975.
I groaned as I felt as if I was going to vomit. "Liza?" said Theo as he came closer. "Teddy." I whispered before I jumped into his arms, hugging my cousin so tight. "It didn't work, did it?" asked Teddy and I shook my head. "It's okay, we'll make it work this time." he whispered softly and kissed my forehead as he squeezed me tight. "Sullivan, who's this?" smirked a few guys as they came closer.
I instantly knew who they were. Lucius Malfoy, Antonin Dolohov, Rodolphus Lestrange, Rabastan Lestrange, Caspian Avery, Darian Mulciber, and our father Theodore Nott Sr. "This is my sister, Elizabeth" said Theo as he cleared his throat. "Pretty name for a pretty girl." Caspian winked. I think threw up in my mouth a little. "So, this is the sister, you've told us about? I can see the resemblence." said Malfoy. "Thanks, I guess..." I replied.
"I got to go, I need to meet with Dumbledore to get everything I need." I stated. "Come on, I'll show you." said Theo as he pulled me away from them towards Dumbledore's office. When Theo and I got to Dumbledore's office Dumbledore was at his desk writing something. "Headmaster, there is one more student for the year. I'm sorry, I would've told you earlier, but my parents just dropped my sister off." lied Theo.
