Author's POV: Lucy arrives at the station. She parks her car grabs her duffel bag and gets out. As she enters the station she greeted by Angela. "Hey Luce, the group and I are going to the bar tonight I was wondering if your coming" Angela says hugging Lucy.
"I'm sorry Ang I'm busy tonight" Angela rolls her eyes "Again you're always busy I don't know why I even bothered talking to you" Angela sighs and walks away.
Lucy POV: I shake my head as I watch Angela leave 'if only I wasn't so insecure to tell them the real reason I'm busy every night' Lucy thought to herself as she walks into the locker room.
I changed into my uniform in the stall and check over my make up. I walked out the stall and entered into the roll call room and sit in between Jackson and John.
"Hey guys" I tried to start a conversation ,but all I get is an eye roll from Jackson and John just sighed annoyed. 'Okay, what was that about' I thought to myself.
I get pulled out of my thoughts by grey entering into the roll call room. I turned all my attention to him in-fort of the room.
Author's POV: "Alright settle down, settle down" Grey says placing his clipboard on the stand in front of the roll call room. "Night shift finally did the jobs and that's means there are no open crimes"
Everybody let out a sigh of relief "so detectives that means y'all are out on patrol with your old rookies. Get out there and find some crime. Be safe class dismiss" Grey says
Every one left the boots got the war bags and set up the shop and the T.O's and the Rookies headed out in to the streets of LA.
With Tim & Lucy They were driving in silence until Lucy decided to break the silence. "Tim" Lucy says Tim just made a noise to show that he's listening. "Do you no why anyone doesn't want to talk to me?" Lucy said fidgeting with her ring.
"To be honest Lucy, I really don't know" Tim replied "oh okay" Lucy said with a sad sigh. "What's wrong?" Tim asked "Nothing....its just I want to go ,but can't" Lucy says. "Why can't you?" Tim ask but Lucy didn't answer his question.
Time skip to Lunch Break: Tim and Lucy arrive at the food trucks and seen the gang at one table chatting. They order their foods and Lucy paid for both their meals and walked to the table.
She passes Tim his order and then sits down next to him. "Hey Lucy" Nyla said with a smile "Hey" Lucy replied with a fake smile. The gang was talking while Lucy ate in silence.
Lucy POV: I was in my thoughts when my phone started ringing. I looked down to see it was my daughter daycare. I started worrying but answered the phone.
L-Lucy M-Morgan the director of the daycare. On the phone: L- Lucy Chen M-hi miss Chen we called you to pick up Opal she had an accident L-Again (sighs) M- yes sorry ,but please hurry she is screaming and crying for you L-Okay I'll see what I can do, bye M-bye miss Chen Phone call ends
Lucy POV: I put my phone back in pocket and look up to see everyone staring at me. "Before y'all start asking questions I need to do something so wait" I say they all frowned I turned to Tim
"Tim may a borrowed the shop real quick I would be back before lunch is over" he was about to say something but I quickly interrupted him. "It's a yes or no question, please" I asked he nodded.
"Thank you" I said getting up and into the shop and headed off to Opal's daycare. I arrived at the daycare as soon as I walk in I hear Opal crying and screaming.
Author's POV: Lucy goes up to the front desk and tells her information on why she here. She then walks into the room to see Opal standing in the middle of the classroom crying.
"Opal sweetie come on" Lucy say picking her up and bringing her into the bathroom. Lucy changes Opal out of her wet cloths and into her new clothes.

Lucy POV: After I finish getting Opal dress I put her wet clothes in a zip lock bag and put it into her back pack. "Feels much better right" I say to her "yes" she says smiling.
"Okay Opal before we leave I want you to call me aunt Lulu". "But you mommy" she says confused "yes I know ,but that's mommy's code name okay" I say. Okay but why" she ask.
I try to ignore her question and just say "since I have a code name do you want one" "Yea!" She says with a smile and claps her little hands. "Okay what". "Rose" she says "oh like mommy's favorite flower" she just nods.
"Alright rose before we leave what's my name" I ask her "aunt Lulu" she says "good girl I say tickling her she giggles when then leave the bathroom. I sign her out at the front desk and thanks the lady for calling me.
We left out the daycare and headed to the shop (cop car). I look for a car seat in the truck of the car. After I found it and places it in to the car I buckled Opal in and got in the driver seat.
"Opal we are going to see my friends okay"I say she responded with a nod. "Do not tell them about daddy and me okay. Last I'm aunt Lulu and your rose okay" I say "okay she says putting her arms in the air. I turned on the car and we headed to the food trucks.
