Part 5 - Ryosuke's secret

In the 6 am, Ryosuke came to Ran's room. He bellringed the door. Ran let him come in and him an orange juice for him.

" So, Ryosuke-kun... I don't understand that... Why you kept following us? " Ran said.

" First of all... I wasn't came completely alone, I have a caretaker to keep me safe. And I know, the girl that you met for first time... It's Kotomi, my best friend... " Ryosuke said.

Ran was concerned.

" You know her?! " Ran said.

" Of course, we met each other ever since my first day of the preschool... As you can see, she's not always like that... She used to be a curious person... " Ryosuke said. " I'm the one who caused her to be like that, when I was 5 years old, I did get attacked by the organisation... My parents sacrificed to protect me, and my face to be that way, I only had one eye left... That's why I kept wearing mask during public because I don't want get attention by other people when I have damaged face... "

Ran was shocked.

" Oh my god... " Ran said.

" I'm not ready to meet her again yet... When I'm like this, she wouldn't recognise me... And I need you, to prove it. After I knew everything about you, you are the pure hearted person... Like helping kids. " Ryosuke said. " Although I act like an adult because I have befriending issues, until Kotomi solve it and we became best friends. "

" Wow, I now understand that something special about her... " Ran said.

" Yes it is... Anyway, I have to go now, Dr Sakurai is waiting for me. I hope you have a great time, and I'll tell you that everyone in the dark will always come to light... " Ryosuke said.

He left from Ran's hotel, but Kotomi saw him left Ran's room. She saw a blue bracelet with a shield badge, and recognised him a person she knows and missed about.

" Wait... " Kotomi said.

Ryosuke stopped at that moment with a suprised look, then he turns around and noticed Kotomi.

" You seem... Familiar... " Kotomi said.

Kazuha and others found Kotomi looking at Ryosuke.

" Kotomi-chan!! " Ayumi shouted. " Huh? A kitsune masked boy?"

" Ishiyama-san, what's wrong? " Mitsuhiko said.

Kotomi came closer to Ryosuke.

" Your bracelet... Is still with you... Right? " Kotomi said. " It reminded that I gave to a friend of mine... "

Ryosuke began to feel bad about it...

" I... I did, and I never took it off... " Ryosuke said.

" That... That voice, I know who is it... Ryosuke-kun, is it... You? " Kotomi said.

Ran came out from her room, watching them talking.

" So... You recognise me after all... Kotomi... " Ryosuke said.

Kotomi began to tear up as feels so emotional, then she hugged him.

" I finally... I finally found you! Where have you been all this time? I'm so worried... " Kotomi said while crying.

" It's a long story... " Ryosuke said.

Everyone was shocked, except for Kazuha and Ran.

" Ryosuke-kun, is finally reunited with his best friend... " Ran said.

" Guys, this is Shirogane Ryosuke, Kotomi's long lost friend... " Kazuha said.

" Shirogane... Ryosuke? " Mitsuhiko said.

" Kotomi, I'm sorry... " Ryosuke said.

" Sorry... For what? " Kotomi said.

" I'm sorry that I made you worried, after I heard that Kaede-neesan and the professor got slaughtered by the organisation... I feel... Terrible... " Ryosuke said.

" Don't apologise... More importantly, I'm glad that you're okay... " Kotomi said.

From behind Shirogane, a young woman holding a cat came to them.

" I'm glad everything goes well... And I'm happy that Ryosuke-kun managed to reunited with her. By the way, I'm Dr Sakurai Mei, nice to meet you! I'm Ryosuke-kun's foster mother. " Dr Sakurai said.

" Nice to meet you too! It seems you did a good care to him! " Ran said.

The cat jumped off from Dr Sakurai and came closer to Ryosuke.

" By the way, this is my pet, Candy! " Ryosuke said.

Candy meows happily, Kotomi surprised to met her.

" Aw, how cute! You sure are cute little girl! " Kotomi said. 

Ran feel happy for Kotomi to see her smiling and happy again, Dr Sakurai can to Ran and confronting her.

" No need to worry, Miss... Because my husband, who is a elite police agent with save the boy along with his team. And we already know where is he and who is the leader of the organisation. " Dr Sakurai said.

" Wait, Really?! " Sonoko said.

" Yes, I told that to mr Hattori yesterday, he's the one who solved it! " Dr Sakurai said.

" Heiji you say?! So, he knows where Conan-kun is? " Kazuha said.

" That's right, and I also contacted police about it. And it says that the rescue operation has now begun! " Dr Sakurai said.

" She's right, agent Kenji located where that boy is, and the other missing children. After all, we now know is the behind all of the kidnapping, murdering and the criminal mastermind. " Ryosuke said. " And the name of the criminal, is called: Kaneshima Kuroi... "

Ran and others are concerned, especially for Ai.

" So, it isn't black organisation after all... " Ai thought.

" Kaneshima Kuroi is a my former classmate from my highschool, ever since I first met him, he looks a nice person. After he lost his loved one, he thinks it's the Shirogane 's father fault as former partners and alongside with heroic samurai codenamed members... " Dr Sakurai said.

" He was blinded in anger... And if we don't save them in time, otherwise they'll never see the light of the world... " Ryosuke said.

Ran and others understands every about the organisation's leader, knowing everything about him, and why he's doing this.

" I can't forgive him for what he did, I do get mad at him... Until I realise... " Kotomi said.

" So, I need all of you... To help him realise, the truth happened to his loved one... And telling him to stop... " Ryosuke said.

Sakurai kneels for looking the kids.

" I prepared the protection suit for all of you... And let's finish this madness, once and for all... " Dr Sakurai said.

" I would like to Conan-kun again... I'll accept your offer! " Ran said.

" Well we'll go as well, Ran, you cannot going alone! " Sonoko said.

" So Ryosuke-kun, you mean... " Mitsuhiko said.

" This means we'll have the most exciting adventure, from to now, we'll put our protection suit... And let's do the heroic action! Everyone agrees? " Ryosuke shouted.

" YEEEAAAHHHH!!! " The Detective boys shouted.

" Shirogane-kun... You seriously want us to do it? " Ai said.

" No need to worry about, the protection suit will useful for us, and it contains bullet proof and pure hard! " Ryosuke said. " Now, it's time to end the madness and save Conan! "

Everyone raised their hands, as a excitement for the rescue operation of Conan.
