NOAH

Cam's smile blooms, becoming something darker, something hungry. She tugs me closer, her fingers curling into my hair, pulling me back into her kiss.

I slide my hands up her sides under the towel. We're in new territory. Dangerously heady ground. I can't get enough of it, the way she feels, the way she sounds.

She shifts over me, straddling my lap, the towel pushing up around her waist. My breath catches in my throat as I take her in—her eyes bright and fierce, her cheeks flushed, her lips swollen from our kisses.

She's a vision, a force, and she's all mine.

I slide my hands down her sides, to her hips, guiding her as she presses down against me. "No holds barred. I love you. That's all there is."

She lets out a low, breathy sound, rolling her hips against me again, watching my reaction with dark, hooded eyes. "I'm not wearing any clothes."

"Fuck, Cam," I groan, my grip tightening. "I'm well aware."

"Should I take the towel off?"

"What?"

"Pay attention," she snaps, rolling her hips over mine—mine covered in sweatpants...and covered in her.

"What?" I breathe out again.

She laughs. I swallow it with a deep kiss that has her limp in my hands. She melts into me, her laughter swallowed by our kiss, but I can still feel the tremor of it in her body. I pull back just enough to catch my breath, my forehead resting against hers.

Her smile is a little crooked, a little tired, but it's real, and it's beautiful. "You're good at this."

"Dare I ask what you mean?"

She pinches my side. "Being a partner. A boyfriend. Whatever you want to call it."

"I love you. Makes it easy."

She smiles and shifts a little, her fingers tracing patterns on my chest. I feel the pressure ease, the tension ebb. But I'm still hard as granite and she's still wrapped barely in a towel on my lap.

"You really think I can do this? Meet your family, be... part of all that?"

"You just have to survive the initial greeting. They're like a pack of wild dogs."

"Should I bring Charlie?"

I think about that. Mabel and Azi will go nuts, but hell, I think even Dayo will like the little guy.

"Damn right," I tell her. "Charlie's family."

Her bottom lip wavers slightly. "I don't know what to do about him, Noah. Our rental doesn't allow pets. I can't even sneak him in because Maddie's allergic and she'll tell Mrs. Bucket."
