Kiyotaka point of view.
We left the room with renewed determination.
Although I still felt the nervousness and fear on my back from everyone behind me, I had to lead the walk, setting the example that there was nothing to worry about.
The school hallway was empty and quiet, except for the sound of Shizuka's footsteps echoing on the linoleum floor, it was a bad time to wear such thin heels.
We advanced among the corpses that had remained from the confrontation a few minutes ago, until we reached the end of the hallway.
There was the zombie that I left inlaid through with the sharp tube that Rei gave me, surrounded by 3 other zombies that surrounded it, perhaps because of the noise or instinct, if they still had something like that.
Thanks to the sound of heels echoing throughout the empty hallway, the 3 zombies still standing walked slowly but determinedly towards our direction.
I walked straight towards them, since the hallway is narrow and at most only 3 people could move freely, that is why only Kei, Saeko and I led, if we added one more person it would hinder the movements of the other 3 and if we were only two, there would be a lack of strength to cross them with speed.
The zombies approached with the intention of taking me and then biting me, they both stretched out one arm, either to test the terrain or to catch me, when both arms were going to touch me I gave them a light blow on their hands, diverting the trajectory, now they were with their arms open as if they were going to give a hug.
In one quick motion, I took both of their necks and lifted them 2 or 3 inches off the ground.
Once in the air, I opened my arms so that they were apart, right in front of Kei and Saeko.
In a clean but strong blow, both heads were crushed easily, sure, not completely, but enough to kill them.
But it wasn't all.
The third zombie was still walking towards me, I gave him a light kick in the stomach and he fell on his back through the same tube that the first zombie was with.
We observed all the rooms full of abstract art, some even tried to jump out of the windows but they had been left halfway, we turned the corner calmly with the intention of going down the stairs but it was not that easy, there were 4 students surrounded by about 3 zombies who They tried to eat them.
Without needing to give orders, Kei killed one with ease, while Saeko killed both with ease.
Even an amused smile appeared on Saeko's lips, she was enjoying all of this more than anyone.
NPC: Thank you!
Saeko: Don't speak so loudly.
Saeko quickly reprimanded him as he nodded.
Saeko: Was anyone bitten?
NPC: Fortunately not.
Takashi: We're leaving school, do you want to go with us?
NPC: Yes!
Out of nowhere, the already large group became even larger, thanks to all these people added out of nowhere, the formation had taken a big turn and that was not the main problem.
I didn't know if it was worth carrying dead weight, the last thing I needed at this moment is to have other students who could cause the formation to be destroyed and therefore, someone important to me to get hurt.
And from the look Saya gave me, she thought the same as me.
It wasn't worth saving people at this time, we weren't prepared, I had managed to get our group heading towards my sister.
