Bloom and Stella arrive at the magical dimension, and Bloom is stunned to see how beautiful the magical dimension looks. Stella tells her that it's nothing compared to her home planet, Solaria.
Bloom asks Stella why these creatures attacked her , and Stella replies that they wanted the scepter, which she doesn't know why. All she knows is that she's the princess of Solaria and the scepter might contain incredible power she doesn't know. Bloom shocked asks Stella if she really is a princess, in which Stella replies "Of course I am a princess, this scepter was passed down from generation to generation, it was first used by the founding mother of Solaria who was also the first queen of the kingdom". Bloom then asks Stella, "Isn't the queen supposed to have the scepter?" Which Stella replies yes, but her parents got divorced, and Solaria doesn't have a queen, so she inherited the scepter from her mother after the divorce.

Bloom then tells Stella that she feels bad for her, but Stella isn't really sad because her mother now lives in another castle, still got a noble rank, and she can still see her anytime she likes.
Bloom then asks Stella if they're supposed to register first, which Stella replies with, of course. However, registration was over for a week, so Bloom will have to pretend she's someone else. Bloom asks Stella what is she talking about, so Stella explains that a fairy who was supposed to study at Alfea this year already got registered but changed her mind later, so she told Stella to deliver this letter to the head mistress announcing that she won't study at Alfea this year, so Bloom will take her place and pretend to be her. Bloom looked worried, saying that this is a bad idea, but Stella insisted that they at least try because this is the only way Bloom can get to Alfea.

As they arrived, Bloom is fascinated by how beautiful Alfea looked. Before they pass at the front gate for name checks, Stella whispers to Bloom that her name is princess Varanda of Casllisto When they pass the front gate they're confronted by Ms Griselda the head of discipline, she tells Stella that she didn't expect to see her face again after that incident she caused last year, and asks Bloom who she was which Bloom replies by "princess Varanda of Casllisto". As she leaves Bloom asks Stella what did she do last year with Stella, saying that it's nothing too serious.

After a while the head mistress Faragonda arrives and delivers a speech to her students, she welcomes the new students, tells the old students to be better this year, and most importantly to stay away from the witches of Cloud Tower, after that she has announced that the potions lab won't be used this year because Stella blew it up last year which is why she is repeating her 1st year. Then she introduces the school to a very special new student princess Aisha of Andros which is ruled by a dual monarchy, she explains that Aisha has potential to be the greatest fairy that ever lived in the magical dimension, saying that they could learn from her someday. Faragonda tells the students to head to their room and prepare for their first class.

As Bloom and Stella were headed to their room, Bloom accidentally steps on a plant's vine hurting it, that's where they meet Flora a fairy with the power of nature, Bloom apologizes to her for stepping on her plant, but Flora says it's alright. They also meet their other roommates, Tecna, a fairy with the power of technology, and Musa a fairy with the power of music. Bloom and Stella then introduce themselves, but Tecna tells Stella not to cause any more incidents like last year, and Bloom asks them if anyone knows who Aisha is. But none of them knows her and Tecna claims that little is known about her, with the only information being that her kingdom is ruled by a dual monarchy one family ruling on land while the other is ruling the sea, and Aisha is the heir to the throne of the land. Musa asks them if they are also princesses with Stella saying, "Of course I am Stella princess of Solaria, fairy of the sun and moon." Then Tecna makes a joke that Stella is also the fairy of explosives because of the lab she blew up last year. Stella gets mad at her, saying it was only an accident, with Tecna telling her to chill as it was just a joke. Bloom then tells them that she's princess Varanda of Casllisto, and she's here to learn how to use her powers. Stella then says she doesn't care about learning because she's mostly excited about the party between fairies and specialists. Flora and Musa said they were also excited, but Tecna did not do so much. Bloom then asks who are the specialists, Flora explains to her that specialists are guys who learn to be warriors at Red Fountain which is one of the big three schools of the magic dimension alongside Aflea and Cloud Tower. Bloom then asks Flora, "So Red Fountain is the best place for guys to learn how to fight?" With Flora replying "Well no, there's a place where the greatest warriors come from, where the weakest become the strongest, however only those who are from there can learn and train there, the people who train there become soldiers for the Sultan's army, which is also the strongest army in the entire magic dimension, specialists at Red Fountain have always dreamed of training there, but the Royal Vizier wants the Sultan's army to remain the strongest so only those who are from the desert planet of Sahra can train there". Bloom was fascinated to hear about the Sultan's army and asks about Cloud Tower with Stella saying to stay away from there as much as possible because witches are the worst people you can encounter. Tecna then looks at her watch, saying they're gonna be late for class. So the fairies head to their first class of the year.

On the way there, Bloom asks Flora if she can tell her more about the Sultan's army, with Flora replying "Of course they are flame warriors who uses fire as their main abilities, there's also the ranks among them, you got the regular ranks every army have like swordsman, archers, and brutes. But there's also special ranks above them all, there's the magicians who use spell and magic to fight, the Janissaries who got pure skill and an arsenal of weapons for combat, above them are the Elite Janissaries who got magic, skill, weapons everything a warrior needs to win a battle, and finally the highest rank in the army are the apprentices of the Sultan who the Sultan train personally. Their flame magic is strong but has a huge flaw, everytime the strongest sorcerors open their mouth flame comes out so they wear a special mask to talk, and they eat special food you can only find on Sahra and volcanic planets". Bloom is impressed and asks Flora how does she know all this, Flora tells her that her mother works there on Sahra, because Sahra is a desert planet, the Sultan hired nature fairies to make it a better environment, Flora even went there herself multiple times where she mostly learned nature magic, even though she never met the Sultan.

At class, they learn Metamorphosymbiosis from Professor Wizgiz, a leprechaun who can change form. Metamorphosymbiosis is where someone can change its own appearance or the appearance of others. During this class, Wizgiz teaches them the first steps, which is changing their hair color, while the others are changing their hair color as told, Aisha went beyond and turned herself into a cat. Wizgiz was amazed and could barely believe how she managed to do it with little experience. However Bloom was struggling, she kept trying over and over, but she couldn't use magic. Wizgiz tells her that she can do it with more practice.
Somewhere unknown, we see the ogre that attacked Stella and Bloom, confronted by the three shadow figures who took him and turned Shinobi into ice. They tell him that they lost an important creature to the specialists and they call the ogre by his own name "Knut". They order him to get the scepter of Solaria from Stella no matter what, and if he sees an opportunity, he has to immediately call them. He then bowed and agreed, but they threatened that they'll end his life and exterminate any ogre they could if he failed.

Back on earth at the supreme force base, CEO Robert Lincoln is discussing with the team about the plans for the future. He tells them that people will betray them because they're ungrateful bastards. So he announced that he'll be putting together the world's biggest army to take over everything. For that, he needs to find a way to get to the magic dimension where fairies live, take magical artifacts, and then assemble a fairy unit in the army. But for now, he hired a mercenary, the team asks who's the mercenary, and he answers with "Dead Eye." The team was furious, saying that this mercenary is a war criminal, Thunderheart even said that if someone paid him to kill a child, he wouldn't even hesitate. AW then did a little research, and it turns out Dead Eye murdered multiple children in the past. He even once killed a pregnant woman in cold blood. But Robert tells them there's no other choice. He says that Dead Eye and Black Shinobi are the only two non magical beings who can go toe to toe to other magical beings. Beamwave then stated that Shinobi isn't a war criminal like Dead Eye, plus Shinobi got immediately turned to ice after facing the three shadow figures for a few seconds. Robert promises them that once the war is over and he becomes dictator, he'll put Dead Eye on trial for the crimes he committed.
