Somewhere in the northwestern mountains of the United States lies a village filled with Native Americans. In that village lives Nodin, a young native who just became an adult. He has a simple life, he lives in a wooden cabin, never goes to school but learns from his mother and grandmother, and works at the farm with his father. Right now, he's currently sleeping under a tree when suddenly his friend Aiyana woke him up.

Nodin: "What is it, Aiyana? You got into trouble again?".

Aiyana: "It's elder Waya. She wants to see you. "

Nodin: "Elder Waya? This better not be one of your jokes!".

Aiyana: "It's not! Besides, why would I lie?".

Nodin: "Let's see. Remember when we were kids. You went to a bar in the local town and pissed white people off, then convinced my father to beat them up because you told him they were a bunch of pedophiles?".

Aiyana: "Oh yeah! I remember! It was a fun time, wasn't it?".

Nodin: "Yeah, for you! They landed in the hospital because of you!".

Aiyana: "Oh, come on. You know me. I live for adventure and excitement. I'm like Pocahontas!".

Nodin: "You are not like Pocahontas! Stop trying to act like a troublemaker! We are farmers!".

Aiyana: "Oh please, there's nothing wrong with having a little fun".

Nodin: "Whatever, I'm going to see what the elder wants".

Nodin heads to the elders' house. Aiyana wanted to go with him, but he told her to stay because the elder wanted to see him only. In the elders' house, Nodin started a conversation with her.

Nodin: "You wanted to see me, Elder?".

Waya: "Our world is in danger, Nodin! A big war is coming! And worse, the chosen one lost her powers and was kidnapped!".

Nodin: "A big war? You do realize wars always happen, right? Plus, we're safe here! We live in the mountains! The last time a war happened inside this country was like 150 years ago!".

Waya: "Have you seen what happened in San Diego?".

Nodin: "Yeah, I heard it was a big earthquake".

Waya: "It was no earthquake! Those heroes you see on TV are responsible!".

Nodin: "Look, I don't care what these guys do, alright".

Waya: "Oh, you will, because they took the chosen one's powers and are keeping her prisoner! Without her powers, the chosen one can not fulfill the prophecy".

Nodin: "Prophecy? What prophecy?".

Waya: "Let me tell you a story about our tribe. But first of all, do you believe in fairies?".

Nodin: "Fairies? I knew it was one of Aiyana's jokes. I'm leaving!".

Waya: "No, Nodin! It's not a joke! Fairies are, in fact, real!".

Nodin: "Oh please, you want me to believe in one of those stories from Europe?".

Waya: "Listen closely! It all started when the Spaniards discovered the carribean and found gold and jewels. Other Europen powers like the English, French, Dutch, and Portuguese were interested in conquering this new world for resources. At the time in Europe, fairies and magic were in danger. The wizards of the black circle were butchering them. So when they heard about this new world and that the English who united with the Scots were sending ships there, they immediately went to one of the ships. Of course, they didn't allow any women to ride with them, so they used magic to persuade them. On that ship, they sailed for the new world. They reached Virginia and established the Jamestown settlement. The fairies realized that the wizards might follow them to Jamestown, so they went off to the forest to establish a new hidden fairy village. However, they got ambushed by the tribe of the region. They were about to fight them, but they recognized the magic they used was fairy magic. They took the fairies to the chief, and they met his daughter Pocahontas, who is a fairy just like them. They became friends and lived together for some time. Until the wizards back in Europe heard of mystical events happening in the new world. So they dressed as Spanish Conquistadors and headed straight to the Spanish colonies. There, they made a journey to the British colonies and found out that the natives and fairies have been living together. So they ignited a war between the European colonizers and the native tribes. The wizards started doing like they did in Europe, and many fairies died. The European fairies have fled to an island near the west coast. While the native fairies refused to flee and fought the wizards, they all died. Pocahontas was the only one remaining she decided to go to the mountains of the west. There, she found a tribe and settled there. She became the elder of the tribe and never showed her powers or told anyone. She passed the secret to her daughter, who also became elder, and the secret was passed from generation to generation. And now the secret is with me, and with you".
