My Hero Academia (AN ALTERNATE UNIVERSE)

!Smiling Depression!

In this world, people are born with special and glorified superpowers known as "quirks". According to a recent research, 80% of the world's population is born with quirks, while the rest 20% are those unfortunate beings who did not receive such a chance in life. 

In such a world, there exists a place called Japan. Every country in this world houses a special category of heroes known as "Pro Heroes". Japan is home to the strongest hero the world has ever seen. He is the one and only "All Might", whose real name is Toshinori Yagi. 

In a narrow alleyway, there lives a child named Izuku Midoriya. His mother, Inko Midoriya loves him unconditionally. She cannot see her child suffer... not even once. She does everything she can to help him live a happy life. Inko has only one objective in life, and that is to see her son grow up into a happy and successful person.  

"Izuku!", she playfully calls his name, before doing the same thing once again. As soon as he hears his beloved mom's voice, he rushes into the room from where his mother was calling him. 

"I AM HERE!", he squeaks playfully in the sweet little All Might costume he is wearing, before giving his mother a tight hug. Izuku, is one of those unfortunate people who did not get a chance at being on par with those "special and privileged" people. He... was born quirkless. However, he couldn't really care less about having a quirk now. His mom meant everything to him. She was his hero, and he was her hero. They both had an indescribable mother and son relationship. Days passed by, followed by months, and then years, with Izuku growing up to be a happy kid. His life.. was truly blessed, except the fact, he had to face the harsh reality in front of him every single day. This bittersweet experience ruined Izuku's day every time. 

[Izuku Midoriya; AGE: 7]

It is a beautiful Sunday morning. Izuku wakes up expecting this day to be better than yesterday, just like he does everyday. Izuku's father, Hisashi Midoriya, had to work overseas and hence he has not been with Izuku since he grew up to be able to walk. The only 2 people who live in the Midoriya residence are Izuku and Inko. As soon as he wakes up, he is wished a long and cheerful good morning by his mother. This is the only thing he needs. This...is the reason he is so cheerful even now. 

"GOOD MORNING MOMMY!", Izuku greets his mom back. The only people who care about Izuku are his mother, Ochacho Uraraka, and Shoto Todoroki. These 3 are the only people who are even bothered by his existence. However, out of all of them, he has a "best friend"... or so is it. That guy is no other than Katsuki Bakugou. Since Izuku learned to talk and run, Katsuki has been his only best childhood friend... so much that he even decided to give him a friend name, "Kacchan". Izuku has only looked up to 2 people in his life. One is his mother, and the other is Katsuki. Katsuki, however, seems to be somewhat different. The so called "best friend" of Izuku loves bullying his own friend. Bakugou is always annoyed at the fact that Izuku looks down on him, so much that the only thing he likes to do is beat Izuku up, or spill ugly words and sentences out his mouth to deeply hurt that kid. 

"Izuku! Won't you give your mother a sweet little hug?", Inko softly asks her son before giving him a hug. 

"MOMMY! It's Sunday today.. I want to go and play outside with Kacchan, Shoto and Uraraka. Please mommy.. pleasee", Izuku keeps begging her mom to let him play outside, with his sweet little squeaks.

"Oh Izuku... when have I ever turned down your requests? Of course you can play outside, just like you do every Sunday! But first, you should go and brush your teeth, and get ready for breakfast, isn't it?"

"OF COURSE I WILL!", he screams before the broccoli-haired boy jumps down the bed and gets ready. Soon, he finishes eating his breakfast and rushes outside his apartment to find Kacchan and the others in the play ground they always play in.
