The morning sun was just beginning to peek through the curtains of Orm's bedroom, casting a soft, golden light over the room. Ling stirred, her eyes fluttering open to the sight of Orm sleeping peacefully beside her. The memory of last night washed over Ling like a tidal wave, a mix of emotions that left her both elated and terrified. She watched Orm's serene face, her heart swelling with affection, but reality quickly seeped in. She had to leave before things got complicated.

Ling slipped out of bed as quietly as she could, careful not to disturb Orm. She scribbled a quick note, leaving it on the bedside table. It read, "Had to head out early, see you on set. Last night was... something I'll never forget. - L"

With one last glance at Orm, Ling made her way out of the apartment, her heart heavy with a mix of longing and fear.

A few hours later, Orm woke to find herself alone in bed. She sat up, slightly disoriented, until she spotted Ling's note. A smile spread across her face as she read it, her heart doing a little flip at Ling's words. Last night had been everything she had hoped for and more. She felt a warmth spread through her as she thought about Ling's touch, the way their bodies had fit together so perfectly. Orm held the note to her chest, a soft giggle escaping her lips. "See you on set," she whispered to herself, already looking forward to it.

The set of The Secrets of the Executive Suite was bustling with activity, cast, and crew preparing for another day of shooting. Ling walked in, feeling a flutter of excitement at the thought of seeing Orm again. She spotted her across the room, talking to the director. Orm looked up, her eyes immediately finding Ling's. A slow smile spread across Orm's face, and Ling felt her heart skip a beat. They shared a secret, a connection that no one else could understand.

Throughout the morning, they exchanged glances. Orm would catch Ling's eye and raise an eyebrow playfully, while Ling would respond with a subtle smile, the kind that made her eyes sparkle. Their interactions were laced with a new kind of intimacy, one that only they could decode.

As the day went on, Ling found herself stealing glances at Orm whenever she could. Every time their eyes met, a thrill ran through her. It was as if the entire world had faded into the background, leaving just the two of them. They didn't need to say anything; their gazes spoke volumes. Orm's eyes were bright, her lips curving into a secretive smile whenever she caught Ling looking. Ling felt her cheeks heat under Orm's gaze, the electricity between them growing stronger with each stolen glance.

However, their silent communication hadn't gone unnoticed. Ying, Orm's former on-screen love interest and someone who had openly confessed her feelings for Orm, watched the two from a distance. Her jaw tightened with each look Ling and Orm exchanged. Ying had never been one to take "no" for an answer, and Orm's polite rejection still stung. Seeing the way Orm looked at Ling now only fueled her resentment.

The break came, and Ling headed to the bathroom to freshen up. She stood in front of the mirror, splashing cold water on her face, trying to steady the racing of her heart. She was so lost in thought that she didn't notice Ying entering behind her.

"Leave her alone," Ying's voice cut through the silence like a blade.

Ling straightened up, turning to face Ying. There was a hardness in Ying's eyes, a jealousy that Ling could almost feel.

"Excuse me?" Ling replied, her voice calm but laced with caution.

Ying took a step closer, her voice dripping with disdain. "I've seen the way you and Orm look at each other. Those secret little stares. You think you're so clever, but I see right through you."
