Lyn's Condo Unit, Early Morning

The morning sun filters through the blinds, casting soft light across the room. Lyn's spacious and elegantly decorated condo is in a state of comfortable disarray - clothes casually threw on the floor, empty glasses on the bedside table. Lyn and Reese lie tangled in the sheets on Lyn's bed, both still asleep, clearly feeling the effects of last night's drinking. The atmosphere is calm but tinged with the aftermath of their spontaneous decisions.

Reese slowly begins to wake up, groaning softly as a dull headache settles in. She opens her eyes, blinking against the morning light, and takes a moment to realize where she is. She glances around the unfamiliar room before her gaze settles on Lyn, who is lying beside her, still asleep. The events of the previous night start to come back to her in fragments - the kiss, the laughter, and finally agreeing to come to Lyn's place.

Reese Groaning, rubbing her temples "Ugh... my head hurts.."

Lyn stirs awake next to her, slowly opening her eyes. She feels the same hangover, but unlike Reese, she seems a bit more accustomed to it. She stretches, then turns to see Reese awake beside her.

Lyn with a sleepy smile "Good morning... or should I say, rough morning?"

Reese chuckles softly, holding her head "Definitely rough. My head is killing me. What time is it?"

Lyn reaches over to her bedside table and grabs her phone, looking at the screen.

Lyn checking the time "It's already past nine. Mukhang hindi ka makakapasok today, huh?"

Reese eyes widening slightly "Nine na?! Oh no... kailangan ko tumawag sa school. I don't think I can teach today, ang sakit ng ulo ko."

Reese tries to sit up, but the headache makes her wince. Lyn sits up beside her, gently placing a hand on Reese's back.

"Relax lang, Reese. Minsan lang naman 'to. Tawagan mo na lang 'yung school mo, sabihin mo na may emergency or something. Kailangan mo rin ng pahinga."

Reese nodding and sighs "You're right. I don't think I can even stand up straight right now. But ikaw, won't it be a problem if you don't go to your office?"

Lyn grinning and amused "Nah, I'm the boss, remember? I make my own schedule. Besides, I think I'd rather spend the day making sure you're okay."

Reese blushes slightly at Lyn's words, feeling a mix of gratitude. Lyn, feeling the weight of the hangover herself, slowly gets out of bed. She stretches her arms, trying to shake off the grogginess, and glances at Reese, who is still rubbing her temples, wincing at the headache.

Lyn yawning "I have hungover too and i cant cook breakfast. I'll just order something online na lang muna"

She reaches for her phone and starts browsing through food delivery apps. Reese watches her with a small, tired smile, appreciating how composed Lyn still seems despite the hangover. After placing the order, Lyn heads to the kitchen area and grabs a bananas, some headache medicine, and a bottle of water. She returns to the bed and sits beside Reese.

Lyn handing the banana, medicine, and water to Reese "Here, eat this muna. It'll help with the hangover. Then take the medicine, magiging okay ka rin."

Reese takes the items from Lyn, grateful for the gesture. She peels the banana slowly and takes a bite, while Lyn pops open her own bottle of water and takes a long sip. For a moment, there's a comfortable silence between them - both of them feeling a mix of exhaustion and contentment.

Reese taking the medicine with a sip of water "Thanks, Lyn. You're always taking care of me, kahit na ikaw din ay hindi okay."

Lyn smiling softly "Well, I care about you, Reese. Besides, parehas lang naman tayong sabaw ngayon, so might as well help each other out, diba?"
