A few days passed Neil eventually made peace with the fact Yuvika is, was and always will be a Mahajan but what makes her a little different from rest of family is her upbringing and it was now impossible for him to break connection of friendship or whatever it is between them.

Yuvika got to know who was behind her father's scandal and his unnatural death.

" Mujhe andar se pata tha ki scandal ke aur papa ke - peeche gargi taiji ka hi haath ho sakta hai par-"

"Sirf unka haath nahi ho sakta" Neil said with confidence in voice.

"Tumhe kaise pata, mai soch bhi sakti sirf hume yaha rokne ke liye dadababu ais- kar sakte hai" yuvika said in a low voice.

(Neil somewhere always knew that Bhanupratap is not as innocent as looks or pretends to be, and many times he tried to explain to yuvika too but she never listened. )

Yuvika was sobbing..

"Tum ro rahi ho? " Neil asked softly.

Yuvika looked at him with tears in her eyes, "mujhe sach mai maaf karo Neil, mai itni bewakoof kaise ho sakti hu".

Neil wiped her tears, " Kaha tha na ye aansoon bohot keemti hai"and gave a comforting smile.

"Parr Neil tum kitni baar directly indirectly samjhaya mai kaise nahi samajh paayi, mujhe khud parr bohot gussa aa raha hai".

" Neil mai apno ke khilaaf kaise jau? Dhanraj tauji ne kabhi aisa mehsoos nahi hone diya ki i don't belong here, gargi taiji ki insecurity bhi kahi na kahi samjhti hu, aur DJ usse mai kitna bhi jhagdu vo hai mera bhai na, aur-aur Dadababu unhone jo kiya - mai soch bhi nahi sakti ab inn sab ke khilaaf jau bhi kaise? "

"Kabhi kabhi apne liye apno ke khilaaf bhi jaana padta hai"

Yuvika looked at him with a newfound determination. Now the only question was how? will she do this.

"Neil mai kaise- jinke khilaaf jaana hai vo bohot powerful hai shayad isliye papa sab chhod kar chale gaye the kyunki vo jaante the vo kabhi inn sab ko hara nahi sakte-"

"agar bura na lage to ek baat kahu-"Neil asked.
"Kaho na kya kehna"
"Vika , adhikar kho kar baithe rehna is never the solution aur tumhare papa ne vahi kiya-"
"Agar papa apna adhikar na chhodte to aaj-"
"Ye agar magar chhodo ab bas itna socho ki tum kya karogi "

Neil's words revolved around a quiet few days in her mind. Adhikar, right , haq, these words gained a new meaning to her. She kept thinking how she can seek justice to her father. But one thing always came up in her mind and since she had already started working in the office and loving it even though sometimes it was difficult but it was the first time she felt this is what she should've done. Due to her investigation she couldn't focus but that's over now isn't it.

After many sleepless nights and days she came to a conclusion that she wants to enter the vanshaj race. Not only to seek justice for her father but also because she has an equal right on the throne as Digvijay. She now has to prove herself capable for the chair and that is not going to be easy.

"Saare fasad ki jad ye chair hi hai na ab ye meri hogi " she said with determination in her voice.

And when she told her plan to Neil he gave an all knowing smile to go ahead with her plan.

She started training ,first she did some research and attended business related classes without letting Mahajans know. She started learning legal advice and schemes from Vidur. And learnt intricate business tactics from Neil.

"Neil mujhe sach mai nahi pata tha tum itna kuch jaante ho iss industry ke baare mai"
"Abhi to bohot kuch janna baki hai madam".
" Okay Neil maharaj, apni krupa barsataien rahiyega"
"Tathastu! "
Yuvika laughed at his antics.

A few more days passed.
Yuvika got promotion from a small employee to a higher level post. Surprisingly the company's chairman Dhanraj Mahajan didn't notice this growth of hers and those who noticed (Gargi,DJ,Shobhna) were least interested cause they thought these are just small steps she can't make up to here. Bhanu was a bit worried about her speed . Yuvika had kept secret about that she knows the truth. And tried to behave normal around everyone which sometimes became too hard.

Naagars celebrated Yuvika's win in the gazebo with music and dance same as they used to in rishikesh. Bhoomi arranged Yuvika's favorite food and they enjoyed the evening. Just as they were leaving towards their home, isha silently gestured yuvika to stay.

"Kya hua roka kyu? "
"Abhi aapka surprise pura nahi hua hai.. " and gave a mischievous smile.
"Matlab? "
She fake coughed and messaged someone and headed towards Mahajan house.
"Arey khud ja rahi hai aur mujhe rok ke rakha hai! "yuvika said.

Someone tapped on her shoulder she immediately turned around.
" Tum! "she said smiling widely.
Neil smiled and said " Cake? "
Yuvika immediately hugged him, "thank you so much! Aagar tum nahi hote to pata nahi mai kaise ye sab kar pati".
He stood still a moment before hugging her back awkwardly.
She sensed his awkwardness and broke the hug " Uhh "and looked down.
He " Chalo cake kato" and guided her towards a bench.
The gazebo was already decorated with fairy lights and balloons.

They both sat on the bench keeping cake in the middle.
She opened the box "congrats on the first victory, vika" was written on the cake with frosting. She was overwhelmed with the efforts,but decided to tease him a bit "ek hi shart pe katungi agar cake tumne banaya hai to "
"Achaa- (held her hand to cut the cake and fed her a piece) tum khud taste kar ke batao "
"Hmm.. ye to pure delhi mai ek hi banda bana sakta hai"
Neil caressed his hair proudly. Yuvika saw this and said, "jo thoda akdu hai, apni baat sunaye bina kisi ko bolne bhi deta, aur bhagwan jaane khud ko kya samjhta hai"
"Haan haan maine hi banaya hai ab khao! " he said getting irritated. Yuvika was hiding her laugh and said sure sure. .

"Vaise aaj tumhari meeting thi na investors ke saath kaisi rahi? "
"Ahh, ek dum badhiya, unhe proposal pasand aaya kuch changes bole hai vo ho gaya ki done "
"That's so good na"
And took a piece and fed him
"Congratulations Neil!! ".
He smiled.

" Hmm interesting see mom"said digvijay.
"Show, hmm so you were right , I must say you are quite sharp about these things, kartik ke baare mai tumhe hi pehle pata chala tha"
They were watching cctv footage of the gazebo , and saw Yuvika hugging Neil.
"Two 'middle class people' vibin together" said Dj with a smirk.
"Ye information hamare kaam aa sakti hai we have to keep an eye on this neil"said Gargi.
" Bachpan se jaanta hu usse, aur ab to aashiqui sawaar ho gayi hai sarr pe "said digvijay.
" If I remember correctly tum dono to best friends the na"
"Emphasis on" the"said Digvijay.

"Vaise isha ne tumhare baare mai kuch bataya " said yuvika with a hint of curiosity.
"Kya? " Asked Neil with suspicion.
"Yahi ki - DJ aur tum college mai best friends the, to ab kya hua? "
