"Get to the top of the superweapon, check," Red said, as he finally climbed up the volcano. But he was confused when he saw Silver sitting at the top drinking hot chocolate.

"How did-" "When you were catching up your breath, I climbed here." Silver said, taking a sip of the chocolate, leaving some cream on her beak.

"Oh." He said.

"Wait, Red." She said, looking away from him as he wandered over the volcano.

"What?" "Could you be less...angry...at me?" She calmly asked, and pulled out a second mug of chocolate from god knows where.

Red stopped and looked at her. Somehow, he suddenly saw Silver not as his...rival. He saw her as a friend, well, more than only a friend.

"I'm not angry at you," Red said, slowly walking to her. "I just want to-"

"Save our island?" "Y-Yeah." He answered, and accepted the seat next to her. Silver gave him the mug. "So, did you want to talk about something?"

"Kinda yes." She said. "Why can't we be friends?"

"What?" Red almost blurted out the chocolate.

"Like, we always...fight." She said and looked into her mug.

She didn't know it, but she was feeling exactly same as Red. Maybe...slightly more. She was the one who walked to him and began their conversation that time. And she had a good reason to it.

She loved him.

And what she said to him that time, or when they fell down from the Eagle's Mountain, it hurt her. But seeing as tough as the others were, she wanted to be it too, not caring about personal relationships.

"I don't want to fight with you, Silver." Red said, looking at her. She did the same. "I want to befriend you."

"But I don't want to be friends." Silver said, which made Red sad. That said, that he just got up, letting the mug fall down on the snow, and he started walking away.

Oh, I screwed up. Silver quickly realized and jumped up, quickly following Red. Let's ruin it more, you dumbass.

She grabbed him by his wing and turned him around. Red was confused at what she did, and even more when she grabed him by the yellow jacket and brought him closer to her.

And then, she did it. She kissed him.

And...

Red didn't push her away.

"Silver..."

Red heard the voice, and wanted to push away for them to answer, but Silver brought him closer.

"Silver...!"

She still kept a firm hold on his wings.

"SILVER!"

"God, what?" She annoyingly said, as she answered the call on the watch.

"We've successfully got through the security at the entrance." Chuck said through the watch.

"Oh, um, yeah, we...we are getting down." Silver said, stepping slightly away from Red. "Yeah, wait for us."

"You got that." She hung up and immediately looked up.

"This...I'm so sorry." Silver said, shaking her head around. "Just forget about it."

"Silver, wai-" "No, this was a misunderstanding." Silver said, walking towards the edge of the volcano.

"What?" Red asked. He was confused. "What do you mean?"

"It didn't happen, okay?!" Silver shouted, clipping herself to the rope she already prepared.
