A crater was created when Mk was thrown to the ground for perhaps the third time that night, he grunted as he felt his body slide across the earth, before looking at Monkey King who was having an intense fight with Tao Tei. Violent punches and kicks were being exchanged, at a great deal of speed. Monkey King quickly dodged a bite, before standing next to Pigsy and Mk."Damn, that thing has tough skin and bones!" Monkey King said, as he lightly shook his fist."Okay, first of all, what is that thing?!" Pigsy asked.

"These things have many names, skull demons, Tao Tei. They are a type of poorly developed demon that has a hunger for the flesh of lesser demons, and humans, but mainly humans" Monkey King said. "But strangely, their resistance is much higher than I remember" Monkey King informed.

"Tao Tei??!" Mk said, now worried. "But weren't those things decimated by Monkey Queen!?""Well, yes. I'm just as confused as you are Mk, but right now we have better things to worry about!!" Monkey King said, before grabbing Pigsy and Mk and jumping, dodging a bite attack from Tao Tei. Monkey King landed on the ground, before letting go of the two and quickly punching the demon who was jumping to attack them again, but let out a squeal of pain when Monkey King's punch hit him in the belly. Monkey King, when he hit the abnormally hard flesh (for a Tao Tei), felt his fist vibrate slightly, as if he had hit some hard surface, like iron, or something. The golden-furred ape watched as the demon was thrown away, breaking through some trees, before hitting a large rock, breaking it in half. He then turned to Mk and Pigsy. "I'll take care of this thing!! Find the others, quick!!" Mk, knowing that his teacher was serious, nodded, before he ran, along with Pigsy.

Monkey King quickly turned around and dodged just in time for an attack, before grabbing Tao Tei's tail and throwing him away. And because of that, he thought he would have time to come up with some strategy, or even remember that thing's weakness.Well, he was wrong...

Monkey King was surprised to see the demon attacking again, leaving no room for the ape to dodge, after all, Tao Tei was right on top of him...

"Jìn fēng!! Original Two!!" Xiǎngwěishé huátī!!" this scream could be heard, before Monkey King saw a flash to his left, he then felt his arm being grabbed, before his body was pulled to safety. When Monkey King realized what happened, he was shocked. Not because a human in his forties had saved him, but rather, the blue serpent-shaped aura that surrounded him, denouncing the technique he used.After all, that technique had not been seen in over a thousand years, the last time the ape saw someone use it was Monkey Queen herself teaching one of the Lotus warriors. "Damn, these things are appearing more and more." The man's voice took King out of his thoughts, the man then turned to look at the ape. "The weaknesses of these things are in the spine, if we work together, maybe we can defeat them." King, despite not knowing the man, felt like he recognized him from somewhere. "I'll distract him and you hit him, okay?" the man, who was Jin Taejin, questioned, earning a nod from Monkey King.

Tao Tei shook his head, reducing the dizziness he felt after hitting his head hard on the ground. He then turned towards a whistle, seeing Taejin standing there, lightly scratching his jaw."You know, I always read in ancient legends that the Tao Tei were creatures that decimated anything that breathed, and that they tore humans apart in seconds. But seeing it in person, you guys are nothing more than frog projects with the personalities of rabid chihuahuas." Taejin teased with a mocking smile on his face. Tao Tei growled menacingly, as if he understood what the man said, before charging forward, only to bite the air when Taejin dodged and kicked him in the face. "Come on, is that all you've got?" Taejin dodged again and this time kicked him in one of his paws. This sequence repeated itself three more times, until Taejin stopped in front of a tree, he faked a yawn, further irritating the Jade green demon who started running towards him, ready to attack, but at the last second Taejin was surrounded by a Navy Blue aura and then he jumped to an abnormal height for a human.
