"Hurry up and do what you're told Natalie You're going to sink the ship!" Screamed Natalie's father, Captain Henry.
"Alright alright! I am doing it! Why does it have to be me though! Couldn't you have ANYONE else do it! UGHHH" Natalie yelled back in anger. Natalie hurried up and pulled one of the ropes to let one of the wind vanes down. After she finished tying the ropes to the wind vanes in the correct spot she went up to the captain's deck. "Father, can I rest yet? You've had me working all day. I am tired."
"Not yet I need you to make sure everyone on deck is doing their job now, we are coming across this big cloud of fog, and waves. I want everyone to be on their feet," Captain Henry told Natalie.
"Got it!" Natalie said as she ran to have everyone start working "Ok listen up everyone! Listen to me! I need everyone to get to their places!" Natalie screamed.
"Uh miss Na-" a girl started to say before getting interrupted.
"NOW! DID YOU NOT HEAR ME!?" Natalie screamed.
The girl ran away in fear of Natalie.
The boat entered the foggy area. It was completely dark and no one could see anything. Just then the ship started tipping like crazy, making Natalie lose balance and fall out of the ship. Natalie gasped for air as she tried to keep her head over the water as the waves kept hitting her under. She tried to get on the boat, or find land. With Natalie now in the water and in the fog, she couldn't see anything. She just kept swimming forward until she got out of the fog. Natalie has found land.
"I could have sworn that it was night like 2 seconds ago when I was on the ship, now it's so bright. Where am I?" Natalie asked herself and she got up from the ground. Still soaked she started to look around but all she saw was a giant sunflower field. "Is this place abandoned? Where is everyone?" Natalie still continued to walk around and figure out where she was. Why did it become complete darkness to complete sunlight? It's like Natalie was passed out or in a dream. "Hello??" Natalie screamed.
"Hi!" A girl said as she popped out of a bush near Natalie.
"Ahh!" Natalie screamed. "Who are you! Where am I!"
"You're on Mystical Island!" The girl said in the most cheerful tone ever. Natalie was not used to someone being cheerful.
"And.. You are..?" Natalie asked.
"Oh sorry I am Iris!" Iris said.
"Where is my ship? Why am I here? Why is it so bright? I DEMAND ANSWERS!" Natalie screamed.
Iris jumped. "Yo-your.."
"Ugh, you're useless with this information. Where is my ship?" Natalie said, trying not to scare the girl.
"You mean the ship that turned around 5 minutes ago?"Iris asked.
"What!?" Natalie yelled looking scared and angry at the same time. "Wait a minute you're the only one here, are there more people on this island?"
"People? What no. Just mythical creatures." Iris told Natalie.
Natalie was too stunned to speak. "Mystical?" She asked.
"Yup like me! There are witches, fairies, and half human half wolves," Iris informed her.
"Wait so what are you.." Natalie said, almost scared to answer.
"Oh I am a witch!" Iris said.
"Witch! Stay away from me!" Natalie screamed and she ran as far as she could away from her.
Iris didn't know what she did so she stood there in confusion as she watched Natalie run. Iris just thought it was normal for her to be a witch.
Natalie was scared to death. Normally she would try not to show it but she just wanted to get back on the ship, or home. Just then out of exhaustion from running Natalie passed out right in the middle of the sunflowers.
