Light of day basked in from the branches of the trees, the birds sang, the river dripped its clear water, and the crisp cold autumn air made the princess feel peace and wonder.

She marveled at the seasons, at the simplicity, maybe she could see her living in New Gevaudan, picking berries with rose, running through the woods and washing her feet on the stream while the birds sang, a call so peaceful, so simple, maybe then she wouldn't feel guilty nor remorseful for not helping Raeb.

She remembered those stories she had heard about the Gardenian gods, about the prince of miracles' life before he betrothed into the courts of heaven with the prince of storms. She wondered then if she was to stay would she ever see Wilhelm again, would it be for the better? would he take her without a throne to claim?

    "What are you're thinking about?"

Rose asked.

    "Oh, it's nothing."

Behind her, Rose held the horses ready for the trip back to the village, the full moon safely spent out in the cabin, gave them a few hours of downtime, Rose and Bianca shared stories about their weird dreams, Red spoke of how he met Ulv and came to be practically adopted by their grandma. Princess Bianca came to understood that the Scharlach's opened up a spot for her not out of duty to the crown, but because Rose felt like it, and she understood that maybe then she had found something more valuable than a throne.

"Yeah, that's not it, because you've been whistling all day but now."

"It's just habit."

She laughed it off.

"Yeah, right."

Rose smirked as they giggled.

Red followed behind them, his cloak flowing majestically, behind him Ulv the wolfkin eating an apple despite just having breakfast.

    "All set?"

"Sure, but tell Ulv the apples were for the horses not for him."

    "I got a big appetite."

He responded sinking his teeth into the skin of the fruit.

"Come on, we got a lord of night to meet."

    "Wasn't it lord of bats?"

    "Hurry up."

Said Bianca as she gracefully mounted the white steed. Rose followed behind her.

Soon enough the company strode through the paths back to the Huntsmen's village, autumn leaves peaking every here and there, despite it being the middle of the season, Bianca enjoyed her ride perhaps for what looked like the last time.

When they arrived at the grand tree there seemed to be a stage at the base, close by two small airships painted black with ornate gothic design, something stereotypical for a Stirge.
