Ignite is a solar-punk fantasy about re-disocvering yourself. Cardamon is a normal human living his carefree life. Casually working as a home improvement store as a stocker, his life lacks purpose but he's fine with that. He has friends, a loving mother, and a girlfriend. Well he had a girlfriend until he didn't think he could commit when she proposed to him. Naoto is a stranger. A human with abnormal abilities to conjure fire. Her amnesiac state makes her dangerous to those around her as she doesn't have full control, nor does she know the extent of her power. Naoto shakes up Cardamon's life and reveals that there is something extraordinary like magic out there. However, Naoto is connected to a war that will shake this world. Her past choices and lives will put those she comes close with in danger and will lead her to question her past and come to terms with who she is now.

One universal language. A 90-day countdown. And an apocalypse engineered by human hubris. Twenty three year old Avery Lee is just a regular girl trying to survive the nightmare of Los Angeles traffic. But when she wakes up from a terrifying dream of the Pacific Ocean boiling away-with flawless cosmic blueprints burned into her mind-the world calls her crazy. The laughing stops when an arrogant energy corporation drills too deep off the coast of Santa Monica. They didn't just find clean power; they accidentally broke a primordial, cosmic cage at the center of the Earth. A catastrophic subterranean disturbance is unleashed, triggering an irreversible chain reaction that will blow the planet apart in exactly ninety days. Taking pity on a species that accidentally doomed itself, the gods themselves descend from the sky. To give us a fighting chance, they grant humanity an emergency gift: a single, universal language and flawless, ego-free cooperation skills. While Avery stays on the crumbling streets of LA, an army of 1.2 billion men is launched into space. Working in perfect synchronization with the divine, they have three months to build a new Earth-sized globe at a safe parking spot in orbit. But a shadow is rising. The fracture that doomed Earth has awakened ancient, vengeful entities from their millennial prison. They want the gods dead and humanity extinct, launching an all-out war to shatter the new world before the final weld can be placed. Armed only with her wits and Taylor-Rei-a snarky, talking diamond ladybug sent by the gods as an A.I. guide-Avery becomes the ultimate bystander witnessing the end of the world. Can a unified humanity lock the shields of their new home into place before the ground beneath Avery's boots completely explodes? "The gods didn't give us a single language so we could finally understand each other. They gave it to us so a billion men could weld our salvation in the dark."

Ava Fae is delighted at the appearance of an alluring new boy at her high school, until she sees the dagger tattoo on the inside of his arm. She knows that tattoo, and it can mean only one thing-either she or the new boy will be dead by the end of the school year. Harnessing the magic of the elements passed down to her through the centuries, Ava works frantically to discover the true intentions of the tattooed stranger. But she is not the only one with mysterious powers and she finds herself thwarted at every turn. Hunter and hunted engage in an intricate game of cat and mouse-unaware that a much larger war is brewing, a war that will be decided by the outcome of their struggle. Ava of the Gaia Book 1 ____ I study how members of the fossil fuel industry and their allies undermine climate narratives in an effort to block government action at every level and confuse and disempower the public. With this knowledge, I have honed my practice as a climate storyteller, creating stories that push back against decades of industry narratives by centering justice, hope, community, agency, and collective action.

Claire is 24 and has worked as a power systems engineer for the past 3 years at the WWPC. Mave is 25 and has worked as a safety inspector at the WWPC for the last 5 years. Mave and Claire have been friends for the last 2 years and have grown very close. The world wide power company (WWPC) has been in operation for the last 27 years, after its founder descovered a way to transport plasma directly from the sun to the planets surface using a solar extractor. Recently there has been reports of an illness spreading near the solar extractors. Nobody knows the cause, not till Claire stumbles upon something buried deep in the file system. Also a huge thank you to my friends and my partner for helping me gain the confidence and skills I needed to write!
