The Jacaranda Prophecy is set in the heart-shaped world of Hún Nico, a land succumbing to a creeping, geometric crystallization called The Static. This plague of sterile order is poisoning the world from its depths, causing the failure of its ancient guardians, the Primes, and the shattering of the great Coring Trees that once channeled the world's life force, Arnam. The story follows five unlikely heroes-Hoebat the wombat, Pokero the dingo, Cooroo the galah, and their companions Merl and Bash-who are destined to form a group known as the Kappa Mu. Their journey begins with Cooroo, a young galah who has lost his ability to scream, his species' most sacred function. Guided by a miraculous Morning Glory vine-a fragile survivor of the old world-Cooroo is led to the Great Jacaranda, a tree representing a new way of life. Unlike the fallen trees that sought strength in the poisoned depths, the Jacaranda thrives by spreading its roots wide and shallow, breaking the crystalline lattice and creating a chaotic, vibrant sanctuary. Through a vision, the Jacaranda reveals a new path to Cooroo: survival depends not on restoring the old, failed order, but on embracing a new philosophy of fractal, interconnected life on the surface. The prophecy unfolds as these five characters must "step into the embodiment of the Jacaranda in service of land." They are not here to fix the world's broken Song, but to scream a new, chaotic, and vital Truth, assembling the Kappa Mu to navigate the dawn of a new, uncertain age for Hún Nico.

Rio de Janeiro, 2952. In the rubble of a dead city, researchers find a domestic robot with fragmented memories of decades of collapse. Through its recordings, a disturbing truth emerges: the end didn't come all at once. It came slowly. Pill by pill. Wall by wall. Silence by silence. Between screens that replaced windows and flowers that grow where they shouldn't, a family disintegrates while the world crumbles. But the robot saw something the researchers don't yet understand-something about the drug called "flower," about the walls that became communities, about the day when everyone stopped recognizing each other. Some memories shouldn't be recovered.

Kaelen Voss is a Trace-Reader-a scavenger who listens to the vibrations of the glass to find what the old world left behind. He knows the rules of the Luster: never stay out after dark, never ignore a C-sharp crack, and never, ever look too deep. But when Kaelen discovers a man perfectly preserved six feet beneath the translucent surface, the rules shatter. The man is holding a 21st-century burner phone. And the screen is glowing with a fresh notification. [ NEW MESSAGE: RUN ] Now, hunted by the elite of New Marseille and haunted by a signal that shouldn't exist, Kaelen must figure out how a dead man is still sending warnings-before the glass beneath his own feet gives way. Claire is 24 and has worked as a power systems engineer for the past 3 years at the WWPC. Mave is 25 and has worked as a safety inspector at the WWPC for the last 5 years. Mave and Claire have been friends for the last 2 years and have grown very close. The world wide power company (WWPC) has been in operation for the last 27 years, after its founder descovered a way to transport plasma directly from the sun to the planets surface using a solar extractor. Recently there has been reports of an illness spreading near the solar extractors. Nobody knows the cause, not till Claire stumbles upon something buried deep in the file system. Also a huge thank you to my friends and my partner for helping me gain the confidence and skills I needed to write!

My mother used to tell me that it wasn't too late. She'd tell me bedtime stories that wailed about everything that was lost. She told me that our generation - the hapless sacks born into this godawful mess - could save it. She whispered the same lie that generation upon generation whispered to their children. With just a little more will, a little more technology, a little more gumption we'd see that salvation was at hand all along. We could lull the Daughters of Gaia back to sleep. We could succeed where every prior generation had failed. We could save humanity. Frankly? I'd rather not.

When Aganju travels through a dusty village, she meets an orphaned teenage boy, Ibeyi, and this meeting changes both of their lives. Aganju is Orisha, practitioner of an ancient magic, on her way back to the Eye, where humans have studied for hundreds of years. Ibeyi is 14, awkward, and stands out in many ways, but mostly because of his appearance. The Above is the story of Ibeyi as he studies to become an Orisha at the Eye. It is a story about chosen family, about gender and the adventure of self-discovery. It is about the difficulty of defining oneself in a world full of preconceptions. But mostly, Ibeyi's story is about how the power of empathy can change the fate of multiple worlds.

exactly what it sounds like. it's a random ass story I'm writing out of sheer boredom and fighting writers block for the stories I'm actually putting effort in. ~~~ One's a werewolf, no not the alpha. The other is something, not human but certainly not a werewolf, that would make too much sense. I'm sure we'll figure out later. This might be a romance, not the mafia type but maybe something close (god I hope not). There's a town in between two forests where the humans live. It's not the best place but it's certainly not a slum. Haven't quite figured out what happened pre-canon. Let me know what you think. It'll be interactive and we can figure it out together :)

When Ami first woke up in a danky, old and dusty museum, her mission was clear and simple. "Destroy the crippled Warlock." But without knowing who the cripple was or how to destroy anything, she spent several formative years exploring the boundaries of her city and the capabilities of its denizens. After lots of rooftop stalking, unorthodox autopsies, silent observation and, frankly, some aimless wandering. She's put in front of her target. Seemingly moved by the hand of fate itself. And yet she couldn't bring herself to kill the charismatic Warlock. "Not yet."- Now Ami rides. Side by side with Ebrain; a self proclaimed Cultist. Carefully overseen by his corpulent chauffeur; the Penitent ex-convict Doretto. Exploring a world that feels tiny and dense, but surprisingly granular. Like the inside of a sun. Debating over what's truly important for her. Fighting against the nagging murmurs of her core directives. Learning to solve problems with more than a simple swipe of her trusty blade. And exploring the nigh infinite possibilities that NeoVen has to offer to her kind and her kin. That night... Poor choices were made by everyone... Hell! Some even chose twice.

A ruthless leader has seized control of the Ares and will stop at nothing to destroy Ava's fledgling alliance. The Earth Mother, reeling from the agony of a warming planet, threatens to unleash her fiery rage. The Gaia Elders challenge Ava's claim to the mantle of Alpha, sowing discord within the Order. Facing danger on all sides, Ava struggles to unlock the puzzle of communing with the Earth Mother. But betrayal lurks where she least expects it. Ava of the Gaia Book 3 "Ava and her friends are back, this time with an ancient source of powerful wisdom that was hidden for hundreds of years. A must read if you too want to further engage in the great project of our time-protecting Mother Earth and life as we know it, through love, wisdom, stories, and action. Warning: This is not for the faint of heart!" -Lindsay Borrows, author of Otter's Journey Through Indigenous Language and Law --- I study how members of the fossil fuel industry and their allies undermine climate narratives in an effort to block government action at every level and confuse and disempower the public. With this knowledge, I have honed my practice as a climate storyteller, creating stories that push back against decades of industry narratives by centering justice, hope, community, agency, and collective action.
