"Are you out of your mind! Don't you think you're rushing into things a bit quickly? You hardly know the girl that well."

"I know her well enough to know that I want to spend the rest of my life with her."

"But Ling, you've only known her for a couple of months. What makes you think she's the one?"

"I know that Mark, but when I'm around her nothing else matters. She's the one for me, because I feel it in my heart. When she's not around me I have this empty feeling that she can only fill. Don't you feel that way about Dru?"

"I do, but I'm not going to rush off and propose to her."

"You say that now. Though later on you'll want more.

"Yeah, right."

----

Prang was shopping at VICTORIA'S SECRET when she spotted Orm rummaging through some lingerie. 'Oh, look at that the little bitch has a romantic event coming up for her and Lingling. Oh, I'm definitely going to stop that.'

"Why Orm, what a surprise to see you here?"

"Prang. You know this is a free country. Now if you'll excuse me, I have to get going."

"Not just yet. I have something quite interesting to tell you," She is holding a firm grip on Orm's arm.

"Fine. Tell me and be done with it."

"You know that Lingling was in New York not too long ago."

"Yeah, that's old news. What is it that you really want to tell me?" Orm was getting annoyed with Prang and just wanted to leave.

"Lingling was with me all those nights while she was in New York City." Orm was furious but kept her cool. She knew Lingling wouldn't do that to her. She loved her very much and told her that countless of times.

"P' Ling would never be with you. You hurt her feelings countless of times. Besides you're lying."

"If you think I'm lying then ask her about 'The dream'." Orm couldn't believe how low she'd stoop to get Lingling back.

Then Orm slapped Prang across the face. "I don't believe you and I know she would never lie to me."

"You'll see who's lying."

-----

That same night Orm invited Lingling over for dinner at her house with her folks. She was officially going to meet up with her family. Lingling wasn't worried about Narumon, she was more worried about Wuttichai. She knew how protective fathers could be. She had the feeling that when she'd have a daughter, she was sure to react the same way. As she knocked on the door she heard voice.

"I'll get it." It was Orm. Orm was thrilled that she was coming over. She was also going to find out if Prang was right about the night in New York and that dream. She opened the door, and she stood before her holding a dozen red roses and a box of chocolates.

"Hi," Orm said shyly.

"Hey beautiful." Lingling then leaned in and kissed her. As they part, she handed her the roses, but Orm looked unexpectedly at the box of chocolates.

"Thank you. Aren't those for me too," she said pointing to the box.

"Nope. These're for your mother." Orm pouted at her knowing all too well that she'd fall for it. Lingling looked at her and knew all too well what she was attempting, but it wasn't going to work.

"I'm not going to fall for your act." Orm pouted even more letting her lower lip jut out. Lingling kissed her once more and Orm maneuverer her hands towards the box and swatted it.
