A/N ik more people were at Rhode Island but I couldn't be bothered to add them in

Taylor sat in her private jet, her headphones in, trying to contain her excitement. She was seeing Travis in less than an hour, after more than a month of just seeing him through screens.

The voice came over the intercom to get prepped for landing, telling everyone to put on their seatbelts. Taylor couldn't wait.

Travis was sat in his car by the private runway, waiting to be told that Taylor's plane had touched down. He couldn't wait; he needed his girl back in his arms again. Especially everything that happened after Vienna, he just wanted her to be with him and safe.

"The flight has landed" Jim, his driver, informed him. Travis took a deep breath, before unlocking the car door and stepping out into the sun. He made his way over to the plane, unable to hide the excitement on his face.

The steps were let down and Taylor's security got out, standing to the side. Then he saw her. His girlfriend, the love of his life, dressed in leggings and one of his hoodies. No makeup but she still looked more beautiful than ever.
"Travis!" She squealed, almost falling down the steps in her haste to get to him. She flung herself into his arms and he picked her up, spinning her around.
"I missed you so so so much" Travis said, setting her down on the floor.
"I can't believe you're actually here!" Taylor cried as the pair walked back to the car.
"Me neither" Travis replied, quickly kissing her on the cheek before helping her into the car.

The pair sat next to eachother in the back seat, their hands intertwined. Taylor was exhausted from travelling so they didn't talk, and the silence that filled the car was peaceful and light.

"We're here" Travis nudged her as they pulled up outside. Taylor squinted her eyes open, realising that she had fallen asleep. Travis climbed out the car then went round to open the other door.
"Everyones coming a bit later, so you have some time to just relax" Travis informed her as they entered the house.

"Wait! I need to make them some food" Taylor gasped, throwing the fridge door open. "Shit, we don't have anything. I'm going to need to go to the shops"
Travis came up behind her, wrapping his arms around her waist and resting his head in her shoulder.
"No, you are going to rest. We'll order takeout or something" he told her gently.
"But then I'm such a bad host! And I need to get ready too" Taylor sighed.
"Taylor, you just got back from touring- you're tired. None of them care, you are not a bad host. Now go have a nap" he laughed, gently pushing her towards the stairs. Taylor rolled her eyes jokingly but complied, dragging herself up the stairs. She reached the bedroom and flopped down on the bed, falling asleep as soon as her head hit the pillow.

Travis sat on the sofa on his phone, scrolling through tiktok. A notification pinged up at the top of his screen, so he swiped down to open it.

Jase: just leaving, we'll be about half an hour

Travis jumped up, looking at the clock. Shit, he didn't realise it was that late. He climbed up the stairs and went into the bedroom, smiling when he saw his girlfriend passed out in the bed. She was beautiful. He leant over her, pressing soft kisses to her face until she started to stir.
"Tay, you need to get up now" he whispered, but Taylor just murmered something and rolled over, burying her face back into the pillow.

"Taylorrr" Travis said, more loudly this time. "They're coming in half an hour" Taylor sat up quickly at this, rubbing her eyes.
"Why didn't you tell me?!" She exclaimed, jumping out of bed and opening her wardrobe.
" I just did" Travis smirked. Taylor rolled her eyes jokingly at him over his shoulder, before going back to riffling through her clothes.
"What should I wear" Taylor whined, crossing her arms.
"What about..." Travis reached into her wardrobe, picking out his favourite dress. It was a simple light blue sundress with little flowers, reaching mid shin.
"Okay" Taylor said.
"Oh, and we'll probably go in the pool so you might want to wear a bikini" Travis raised his eyebrows in a flirty way and Taylor blushed. She picked out a bikini, a white one, and went into the bathroom.

Once she was changed she tied her curly hair back into a bun, putting on a little bit of mascara and concealer. She wanted to look presentable, at least.
"You look beautiful" Travis breathed out as she exited the bathroom. The blue dress hugged her curves in the most perfect way and the smile on her face was contagious. Travis reached forward, pulling her into his arms and kissing her.
"You look pretty fine yourself" Taylor murmured, looking down his body. Travis pulled her in for another kiss but she stepped away, a smirk on her face.
"They're gonna be here soon, we can do this later" she laughed at the disappointed look on her boyfriends face.

Just then the doorbell rang and Taylor went to answer it.
"Auntie Tay!" Wyatt exclaimed, wrapping her arms around Taylor's legs. She bent down, giving the little girl a hug before she decided to run off in search of Travis. Elliotte smiled up at Taylor before running off too- she was a little shy.
"Hii" Taylor cooed, tickling Bennett under the chin and making her giggle.
"Hey Taylor, I'm so glad you're okay" Kylie told her, pulling her in for a side hug. Taylor smiled back, knowing how much they had all been worried about her in Vienna.
"Hey" Jason grinned, squeezing her tight.
"Hello" Taylor laughed.

They went back into the kitchen where Travis was, greeting his nieces.
"Auntie Tay" Wyatt asked, coming up to Taylor and tugging on her skirt.
"Yeah?" Taylor replied, crouching down to her level.
"Can you come and play dolls with me please?"
"Of course!" Taylor smiled at how adorable the little girl was, following her upstairs.

Travis watched them go with a smile. Oh, he was so in love.
