One day, Karishma is called into her Cm’s office. There’s an urgent mission that requires a skilled and fearless officer

Cm:Karishma, I know this is sudden, but you are the best person for this mission. We need someone who can handle this with precision and dedication.

Karishma Singh:Sir. hamare liye ye badi bad hain ki aapne hame iss layak samjha kab niklna hai or kaha

Cm:Tomorrow morning it’s a small village in Assam waha pe jab tum jaogi tab ek officer tumhe waha ek gharpe pohocha degg mission khatam hone tak tum wahi rahogi

Karishma nods and left

Next morning
Karishma, dressed in her normal attire, was busy packing a sturdy, black duffle bag that lay open on her neatly made bed. Her movements were precise, each item placed in the bag with purpose

At that moment, her mother, Pushpa Singh, entered the room, carrying a folded stack of clothes
Karishma, yeh kapde bhi rakh lo. Assam ka mausam kabhi kabhi unpredictable hota hai
Ps said, placing the clothes beside the duffle bag.

Amma, itna zyada toh zaroorat nahi padegi, Karishma replied, though she took the clothes and began to fold them neatly before placing them in the bag. "Waise bhi, main wahan duty pe ja rahi hoon, ghoomne nahi.

Pushpa smiled slightly, her eyes softening as she watched her daughter.

Ps: Haan, duty pe hi ja rahi ho, lekin apni maa ki baat bhi sun lo kabhi kabhi.

Ks nodded approvingly, then sge walked over to Karishma’s closet, pulling out a small, neatly packed first-aid kit.

Pa:Yeh le jao. Tum kabhi kabhi apni sehat ka dhyan nahi rakhti, isliye yeh tumhare paas hona chahiye.

Karishma sighed, taking the first-aid kit from her mother’s hands and tucking it into the side pocket of her bag.

Ks:Amma, main police officer hoon, khud ka khayal rakhna aata hai mujhe

Ps:Police officer ho, lekin maa ki nazar mein tum hamesha meri bachi hi rahogi

As Karishma zipped up the bag, she glanced around her room, making sure she hadn’t forgotten anything. Her eyes landed on a small framed photograph on her bedside table—an old childhood picture of her and her late father, both in their uniforms, standing proudly together. A flicker of emotion passed through her eyes, but she quickly composed herself.

Ps noticed the momentary change in her daughter’s expression and gently placed a hand on Karishma’s shoulder. Ps:Tumhare papa tumpe bohot fakr karte, Karishma. Tumne unka sapna poora kiya

Karishma’s voice softened

Ks:Main apni duty nibha rahi hoon, Amma. Papa ke sapne ko aage le jaane ke liye unka yahi sapna tha ki ham unki tarah hi officer bane lekin wo nhi dekh paye

Pushpa gave her daughter’s shoulder a comforting squeeze before stepping back.

Ps:lekin sapna pura toh kiya tumne ab wo chodo Jab tak wahan ho, apna dhyan rakhna. Aur apne gusse ko thoda control mein rakhna. Har situation ko force se nahi, kabhi kabhi dimaag se bhi handle karna hota hai

Ks let out a small laugh, knowing well that her mother was right

Ks:Amma, aapko meri training academy join kar lena chahiye tha. Aapke paas toh mujhe samjhaane ke liye hamesha kuch na kuch hota hai."

Ps chuckled softly, her eyes crinkling at the corners.

Ps:Woh toh meri maa wali training hai, beta

Ks slung the packed bag over her shoulder and straightened up, her expression turning serious
