"you ready?" danielo turns to carmen, dust on his suit.
it was the day of angus memorial, were those whole cast comes together.
"yeah" she walks slowly, her heels clanked slightly.
she dusts off his suit, making him look presentable, neat.
danielo enjoyed the slight attention, considering carmens hasty attitude recently.
"there, done" she nodded, expressing no emotion as she picked up her bag.
danielo opened the door, she walked out, deep breath.
they arrived there, sitting in the chairs located on this private property near stables, it was nice and secluded.
the air was fresher, loads of grass.
danielo and carmen were first there, sitting next to eachother in the reservation, patiently waiting.
footsteps tapped on the pavement, carmen looked up.
"hunter" carmen got up, and hugged hunter.
"hey" she said weakly, sitting down next to her.
overtime more people arrived, everyone was either in a bundle, or sitting down all talking to eachother.
except for danielo, he was sitting by himself, staring ahead.
carmen noticed, she sat down beside him.
"cmon, socialise"
"i cant"
he stayed frozen, like he was unable to move.
"dani come o-"
"i cant"
he interrupted her, carmen grew concern.
she gave him time, to think ahead, to process his words.
"angus was my boy at these things" he said, he looked miserable.
carmen sighed, looking at the floor.
it wasnt usually her giving advice, it was usually the other way around.
"would angus appreciate you being a loser and sitting here by yourself?" she joked slightly, danielo smirked a bit.
"no, exactly, come talk to everyone" she stood up taking his arm, he stopped her.
"youve really grown up" he nodded, standing up.
"yeah yeah, stop delaying everything" she actually dragged him this time, going to talk to alexa.
as she talked with alexa and caught up, danielo done his own thing.
"remember that time angus used your skincare as shampoo?" she said laughing.
"i still dont know how he got confused" she chuckled, alexa looked behind carmen, a shocked expression.
alexa tapped carmen on the shoulder, telling her to not look around.
carmen obviously looked, her expression changed.
she saw javon, for the first time since everything.
his eyes immediately landed on hers, they looked at eachother,
he filled her mind
and she filled his
"carmen?? hello" alexa stood infront of carmen, snapping out of her gaze and squinting her eyes to alexa.
"yeah?" she said nervously, she knew alexa would pick up on it.
"i said he looks different, seems you noticed too"
yup, i did.
the day went on, it was filled with emotions.

all the depressing ones, angus wasnt one to forget.
the ceremony was beautiful, in the private area was a lake, with a singular swan.
we sent off a sorta makeshift raft from sticks, his picture on it, it floated in the lake.
the swam tipped it over, it made the scene lighter as a few chuckles escaped lips.
"that swans definitely him, its the only one" dominic said,
"angus would definitely tip his own memorial in a lake" sydney lightly laughed.
it was nice, seeing mostly everyone again, we all felt the same about angus.
people started to leave, until there were just a few.
"ill meet you in the car" danielo tapped on her shoulder as she nodded, looking at the lake.
she stared at the still water, the nature and the feel of the slight wind on her face.
"still here?"
a voice said from behind her, walking next to carmen.
"yeah, i dont see much of this" she muttered, she felt them nod.
"i like to pay respects alone, it feels more meaningful that way"
carmen nodded, thinking she knew what he meant as she started to step away.
javon softly grabbed her arm,
"i didnt mean that, please stay"
