P.O.V. 3rd Person:

The sounds of fencing sabers striking against each other were echoing in a small hut on a ranch near a forest.

The twins were practising their skills of fighting with swords. Or rather, one of them was while the other just wanted to do something with her twin brother. At least, it was also fun for her.

"Come on, you can do better." She told her twin with a playful smile. Their dog barked two times and she gave a nod at him. "See? Even Rubik agrees."

Raegan Griffin was the name of the currently teasing girl. And her older twin brother by around fifteen minutes was Riley Griffin.

"Oh, don't you worry. I'm planning on beating you." Riley said while smirking as he got into position to go for a strike.

Raegan's curly brown hair which was tied into a medium high ponytail swayed to the side as she dodged yet another coming strike from her blond haired twin.

Raegan was the one being in the defence as Riley was the one being in the offence.

In Raegan's opinion, his strikes were really good, but her being the more competitive one between those two, tried her best not to look too exhausted so that her twin would have more of a challenge. And so his ego wouldn't get bigger than it already was.

It was petty for sure, but who was he to give in and let her twin brother win?

Just as Raegan was about to go into offensive, trying to startle Riley, on of the doors of the hut was swung open which caused the twins to quickly hide their fencing sabers behind their backs while giving an innocent smile towards the person who opened the door.

It was no other than their older brother Matt Griffin riding his horse with his lasso in his hand which he used to open the door with. He gave them a look, totally knowing what they had done less than one minute ago while he was watching. And they weren't the best at hiding things, seeing as the savers were longer than their upper body could hide. It was more obvious with Raegan, considering that she was shorter than her twin.

"Hey bro..." Both of them greeted their brother, trying to play it off cool.

Matt sighed. "Playing three musketeers again?"

Raegan and Riley both shook their heads and brushed it off while giving him a smile as Riley answered for both of them. "We're not playing."

"Yeah sure." Matt said sarcastically, obviously not believing them. But it was a usual thing they did, so he just let it go and focused on something else. "Anyways, I need your help. Feeding-"

"Feeding the pigs." Raegan interuppted her older brother, feeling relieved that he changed the subject without further questions. "Right, right, again."

"We'll meet you there." Riley told him with another smile as the twins gave each other a look.

Matt nodded one last time at them before riding away with his horse. As he left, Raegan glanced at her now quite sad brother because they had to stop and help out again.

She nudged him with her elbow. "We can continue another time."

He smiled sadly and sighed. "Yeah. Come on, Rubik. Let's go feed the pigs." When he got no response, Riley looked around only to see that their dog was not there anymore. "Rubik?"
