In which Serenity loves the way Elijah spoils her as soon as they meet: with love, objects and more, but there's always something ruining people's happiness

It was the next morning and the two were dead asleep in the cave. Both groaned as they heard a phone ringing. Elijah blindly looked for it and finally found it on the ground behind Serenity. Elijah picked it up to see Caroline calling her. When the call stopped he saw there were 15 missed called said girl, 5 from her mother and 11 from Damon.
Elijah looked down at the girl who had quickly fallen back asleep. He did not want to wake the girl up so when he seen Caroline calling again he answered.
"Serenity Dahlia Forbes! Where the hell have you been? I have been calling you all night, why the hell didn't you answered. You had us over here worried." Caroline yells in the phone.
Elijah was shocked at the blonde vampire he had never heard her this mad before.
"My apologies, Me and Serenity went for a walk and ended up staying out too late. She's currently sleeping right now I can wake her."
Caroline was shocked to say the least but put her frustration away. "Elijah can you please tell my sister to wake her ass up and get her ass to the school right this second. I need her."
Elijah was amused but told the girl okay. Caroline had hung up, she was going to have a strong talking to her sister.
Elijah laid back beside her and rubbed her back gently to wake her up. "Serenity my love you need to wake up, Caroline says she needs you."
Serenity popped up but quickly winced as her legs gave out and Elijah was there to catch her. "Dick so good my legs still hurt."
Elijah shook his head at her joke. "That's the first thing you have to say."
"I mean I'm not lying, can't believe you were hiding that from me." She says.
"Jesus Christ." He says getting a little flustered.
"What did Care need?" Serenity asks.
"She said something about you bringing your ass to the school right this second."
"Oh shit, I forgot she wanted me at the school." She slowly stands and picks up Elijah shirt and puts it on. She then grabs her pants and puts them back on.
"So I'm just to be shirtless?" He says putting his sweatpants on.
She nods before quickly packing the things up. Elijah grabs the picnic basket and their shoes. Serenity grabs his phone off the ground and the two walk from behind the cave. They make their way to the car and head back to the Forbes resident.

The two were walking in the house, the two rushed into her room as they both heard Liz in the house. She quietly closed and locked her door before sighing, glad that she didn't get caught.
"Okay we need to hurry before Caroline has to come here and get me herself. I do not want to deal with a made Caroline."
Elijah laughs but nod. The two gather their clothes and towels and head in the bathroom. Elijah sets the shower water as Serenity gets naked. The two hop in the shower, Serenity sighs as the water flows down her body. Elijah gets in after her and smiles at the relax look on her face.
