𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥𝐬

Beaming Angels are the main people behind us. They are the community's heartbeat and they participate in day-to-day activities and in the setting of goals of our projects.

Responsibilities:
- Actively participates in writing, editing, or other creative tasks according to their roles.
- Works with others cooperatively, give guidance, get support, and offer advice.
- Suggests and implements new ideas for the group and be among those who design the roadmap for the community.

Commitments: Regular presence and time commitment to the community.

𝐆𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥𝐬

Glimmer Angels are the members who volunteer to participate in the community part-time.

Responsibilities:
- Works on certain projects. Will have to do atleast two tasks in a month
- Occasionally helps from them and they might be there to help the Beaming Angels when it is required.
- Be a part of discussions and brainstorming sessions, contribute the ideas, and feedback.
- Also, helps the community look alive by attending events to the best of your ability.
- Authority members can not be a Glimmer Angel.

Commitments: Can be involved whenever there is free time, and do so by contributing to the activities.

𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥𝐬

Shining Angels are the members who just begin their journey of learning and development of skills within the community. They are led by more experienced members, while at the same time, they prepare themselves for their future work.

Responsibilities:
- Works on smaller tasks that are either less complicated or just new.
- Gets mentored and given feedback by Beaming or Glimmer Angels.
- Attends training sessions for skill development and working with the team on joint projects would be the best training options for them.
- Moves from beginner tasks to more responsible and independent work as confidence and competence levels rise.

Commitments: Regularly participating in the team, with the main intention of learning and improving skills.

𝐋𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥𝐬

Light Angels are cheer-givers who take part in the development of the community and yet they have no certain responsibility. Light Angels are those who quietly make their presence felt by being part of the community unitedness.

Responsibilities:
- Engages in active discussions through which they are able to share their ideas and give feedback when it is necessary.     - Attends community gatherings purely for enjoyment.
- Provides emotional contribution through their cheerful and communicable spirit.
- Creatively express their ideas at their own pace, the point is - they don't have to make pressure to participate.

Commitment: Basically enjoying the freedom to join in as desired.
