After all the war like events, kunikida is really drained, so he goes to the bar for a little pick me up. When he arives, he sees a sort of familiar face sitting at the bar. A bit of thinking later, he realizes that it's a port mafia executive, specifically the gravity manipulator chuuya nakahara. Kunikida goes over to the executive and sits down next to him to be friendly since he saved the armed detective agency's ass from death. "Hey," kunikida says to chuuya. Quickly, chuuya replies, " Oh, glasses from the ada.. hi." Taken aback from the sudden nickname kunikida adds,"the name is kunikida doppo, nakahara". "Oh,ok, whatever." Kunikida thinks for a bit of what he wants to say, then says,"I just wanted to say thanks for helping the ada, I know you probably had no choice but you went out of your way to make sure everything was perfect." Chuuya looks over at kunikida, the tiniest bit flustered(which he will never admit) and replies,"oh- I mean it's no problem. I mean, it's my job." After a bit of silence, chuuya starts to try and make conversation,"so kunikida, I heard dazai is your partner. How annoying is he ?" Chuuya lets out a slight laugh, waiting for an answer. Kunikida replies with, " Very annoying, this man never does his work he always makes atsushi do it. He also never stops annoying me or messing with my schedule." Chuuya lets out a slight smile."I see he hasn't changed at all. You know he was my partner a few years back in the pm. He's always been annoying. I feel bad that you have to deal with that, " chuuya says with a slight laugh. "Oh wow, I actually didn't know that, I guess we have something in common too bad it had to be dazai," kunikida added. " I guess so. You're not as bad as I thought you'd be kunikida. I feel like we can get along nicely, " said chuuya. Flustered kunikida replies, " Yeah, you're not as bad as I thought either, I wouldn't mind hanging out more." Chuuya smiles at the thought of being able to hang out with the pretty and tall detective and replies with " yeah, that would be nice..." Kunikida goes to pay for his drink but chuuya interferes "I got it kunikida, my treat." "Oh there no nee-" kunikida says before getting cut off by chuuya saying "I got the money for it don't worry bout it." "Oh thank you nakahara," kunikida says greatfuly. " its no problem kunikida, * grabs his phone* Here, add your number to my phone so we can make plans, talk, and stuff,"said chuuya. Kunikida smiles,"Okay *adds number* are you sober enough to get home nakahara? I can drive you if needed I only had a bit." "It's fine kunikida I'm sober enough" is what chuuya replied with even though he was thinking*omg he's so sweet, I kinda wanna get a ride from him but I rode my motorcycle here today*. "Oh okay, just making sure, call or text me if you need anything nakahara," said kunikida. "Oh- okay will do! I'll talk to you later!" Replied Chuuya as he got up from his seat. Kunikida following his actions "talk to you later." Chuuya walks out the door then kunikida follows a minute or so later. Kunikida gets in his car and goes to drive away then looks over to see chuuya on his motorcycle putting his helmet on. As kunikida looks at chuuya he is confirming to himself that he is definitely gay. When kunikida realized what he was thinking he immediately trys to shut it down thinking about how he's a port mafia executive and how he so recently hated the mafia, but the gay thoughts flooded his mind. Kunikida brushes it off for now and drives back to the ada apartments...
