3rd person pov:
y/n was a young girl starting at a new high school. she was a very nice girl who was always caring for the people around her. her best friend tohru honda had been through a lot so she would always be there to help her through it all. they met when they were young because both of their moms were in a women's bike group when they were younger. they became close and ended up as neighbors. tohru and y/n were always close with each other and got closer as they got older. y/n and tohru had the same friend group, arisa uotani and saki hanajima. they all met in middle school and became close friends very quickly. y/n and tohru didn't go to the same middle school but now are going to the same high school uotani was actually in a gang like tohrus mom was and looked up to her before she even met her or tohru. but when she did meet tohru she was upset to see that she was a cute and sweet school girl and not a delinquent like her mother was. they ended up getting closer and becoming good friends. as with hanajima, she transferred to their middle school in 8th grade because of bulling from her old school. she had no friends and was very distant from people because of her past. but when she met tohru and uotani things changed because they were all outcasts so they immediately accepted hanajima. at first hanajima didn't want to be friends with them because she was scared if she got too close she would hurt them like she did in the past. but even so tohru and uotani were persistent in telling her that everyone was ok because they liked her for who she was and didn't care what other people felt. now the four of you are all going to high school together. today would be y/n's first day of high school
y/n pov:
ughh i don't wanna get up yet. today is my first day of high school with tohru, uo-chan, and hana-chan. i'm excited to finally go to school with them since i went to a different middle school as them. i got up from my bed to take a shower before getting dressed. after i got out i dried my hair and did some simple makeup for school. tohru and i were going to walk to school together because we lived so close to each other. i put on my uniform and grabbed my bag as i walked outside to see tohru waiting for me.
"good morning y/n!!" tohru said in her energetic voice
"morning tohru. someone's awake this morning." you said calmly
"i've been so excited for school to start again because mom always told me to live the high school girl life for her since she never did." she said
"yea i remember. i'm glad your doing that for her tohru." you say as you enter the school.
you, tohru, uo-chan, and hana-chan we're all in the same class so it was great for you all.
3rd person pov:
the first day of school had started and the teacher walked in the room with a smile. she started the lesson and was very nice. y/n had always been a good student trying to do good in school and not getting into trouble. her whole life she had some struggles with school but still did well and had fun studying with her friends. her parents always counted on her because she was very responsible and reliable.

the end of the day has arrived and y/n was about to leave the classroom to meet up with tohru. while she was walking she saw someone in the corner of her eye.
y/n pov:
i wonder who that is? he looks lost i wonder what's wrong.
"hey are you ok" you said to the lost boy
"oh you startled me" he said plainly
"oh sorry you just looked lost so i wanted to ask if you needed help" you said
"thank you for the gesture i was actually looking for the exit. it got a bit lost this morning and didn't remember where it was" he said
"that's perfect because i'm headed there now. if you want we can walk together." you said to him happily
"that would be great actually thank you" he said
you both started walking together
"oh yea i almost forgot i didn't catch your name"
"it's yuki. yuki sohma"
"nice to meet you i'm y/n l/n"
"nice to meet you as well y/n"
he was kind of cute you thought as you walked to find tohru.
"hey y/n chan!! who was that you were talking
to?" she asks
"oh that was yuki. i saw him in the hallway and he looked lost so we walked out together"
"that's nice"
"anyways let's get going now it's getting late"
"ok let's go!"
3rd person pov:
y/n and tohru make it to tohru's house. as they walk inside they are welcomed by loud laughter from their moms. they had known each other for years and hang out a lot. once they walk in they go to tohrus room and put their bags down.
y/n pov:
"hey y/n chan are you hungry?"
"umm yea i am but i can help you cook if you need"
"ok then let's get started!" tohru said excitedly
"alright what are we making"
"umm today we're making tofu"
"yummy i love tofu"
"me too! i'll go and tell mom we are starting on dinner"
"ok perfect" you said
you started to heat up the stove so you guys could start cooking. tohru walked back into the kitchen after telling both of your parents what's for dinner. you both put on aprons and tied your hair back. once the stove got hot you guys started cooking together. you guys have been so close ever since you were babies so cooking together was a usual activity for you two. once you finished dinner you guys set the table and told the parents it was ready. you all sat at the table and enjoyed the food and talked about each other's day. after dinner your guy's parents cleaned up the kitchen and washed the dishes. you and tohru went back to her room and studied together until late. your mom came and got you from her room and told you it was time to go. you said goodbye to tohru and her mom before leaving and walked to your house with your mom. once you got home you quickly showered and went to bed.
